9:51 I‘m trying to replace the swingarm on my 600 after a crash. Got the old one out with a crowbar because it was such a tight fit. Now i have the same Problem putting the new one back in. Did yours insert easy? I‘m scared that my frame might be bent.
Hey "03:11" hello friend, excuse my question? How much do you think the total weight of that module is? I want to adapt it to a smaller motorcycle, and I need to know if it is viable or not...! "thank you thank you very much"
You might be able to get the bolt out with a screw extractor. They sell them at your local hardware store for relatively cheap, so I might look at that option first before replacing the swingarm. Good luck!
It’s actually an exhaust plug meant to be inserted in the end of the slip on for when you wash your bike! It has steps in it to accommodate multiple sizes too.
Enjoying watching this build Mike. It would be interesting to know the total labor time you devote to bringing one of these bikes back to life.
Generally what do you use to clean the grease? Break cleaner?

Mine was easy out and easy in. You could try adding some grease to see if it helps, but you might have bigger issues like you mentioned. Best of luck!

Have to replace the swing arm on my 05 636 kawi because a bolt to tighten the chain snapped inside of it 😀

What's that orange thing you're using to plug up the exhaust? I would have guessed that most people would just use a shop towel...
