The video made so much sense. The graphics and the sound effects made it so much easier to understand how penicillin works. Thank you for a great video!
Seriously this is mind blowing .. i could watch 3 hours of this. How did they find out these details ??? This is bleeding edge bio chemistry.. and this guy and his voice drive this home!!! The detailed explanations, graphics OMG!! Imma fan
This work is of institutional proportions. From these new scientists will understand problems faster due to the detailed explanations with the animations.
I hope we can learn to use bacteriophage therapy more. It's targeted to a specific bacterium, and leaves the rest of the microbiome. I wonder if then we could cycle antibiotics in and out of use to retain their novelty. I wonder if antibiotics affect mitochondria.
Please make sure to make it clear that "bacteria does NOT develop resistance in order to fight antibiotics" as implied in the video. Mutations are random, not driven by the organism's need! The mutation "pops" up which provides positive selection when the bacterium is in an environment with antibiotic present. This bacterium survives and reproduces.
Sir i understand completely and all world is know about drug Resistant Typhoid in Pakistan XDR typhoid Extremely drug Resistant also meropenim Sir here is my one question many Medicine companies selling there Antibiotics one just 05 rupees than other same are 50 rupees why ....If i am not wronge low power medicine or not completely distroy the Bacteria when the 3rd generation Antibiotics is powerful but patients are not treated...
Alexander Fleming was not a pioneer and he did not invent penicilin. It was a Nicaraguan named Clodomiro Picado Twight. * 1923 Clodomiro "Clorito" Picado published a paper titled "Sobre la acción fitopatógena de los hongos a distancia" where he discovered penicilin effects on plants. * 1927 He published the paper "vacuna curativa no específica" described clinical data on how penicilin helped people with several infectious diseases. * 1929 Alexander Fleming published a paper on British Journal of Experimental Pathology on Penicilin.

Very beautiful video!! I amo a chemist 😊.... are You looking for a new chemist in your team? 😊
We are looking for a Biocurator at Rutgers. Have a look:www.rcsb.org/news?year=2019&article=5ba8f79f6078e948d6421758

the squishy sounds really made me realize the importance of antibiotic resistance in a molecular level
I am so grateful to share the animation with my students, so they may see the mechanics of macromolecules in action through bonding.
same as I :)

Underrated channel !
Top-notch AV work. Thank you very much.

The WHO recently listed antibiotic resistance as a leading threat to global health in 2019!
Well... look at where we are now
@@lessalazar9068 This is a "Plandemic" not a "Pandemic"
@@lessalazar9068 A virus pandemic, unrelated to antibiotic resistance.
@@Fallenangel_85 Can be related if people take antibiotics for viral infections. One of the contributing factors to antibiotic resistance.

A very good and educational video
"oh.... That wasn't so bad"
"That was penicillin"

Oh yes
I dont understand
So what is more effective penicillin G or penicillin V??
Very good
Esse canal é excelente.
Parabéns!!!!!!!
विख्यान बहुत अच्छा है धन्यवाद
Thank you very much! Very cool video!!
Explained very well!
Such a helpful video.
Could phage viruses be effective against these super bugs?
ga ik gebruiken tijdens mijn lessen, merci!
This is really great
god i love these videos
Awesome explanation!!!
Wonderful videos
Excellent.
Ah Cat and mouse games , i love those
Wow, that was fantastic
Thank you.. incredibly useful
Absolutely incredible fantastic and amazing.
Brilliant
amazing video thankss!
someone knows how to synthesize penicillin by chemical in vitro process? (No biochemical, no biotechnology)
Yes! For years I have waited to share my scientific research. The only way to synthesize Penicillin in a lab is by [ redacted ]
@@josoghurt5192 how funny
Why not just let mold and mrsa battle it out?
Please let me know the difference between penicillin and antibiotics
Penicillin is just a type of antibiotic. There are many other groups of antibiotics available.
Does it work for sexual transmitted things ?
Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏🙏

Marijuana killed my MRSA after months and months of failed antibiotics and if and when I ever get another infection that's exactly what I will use!
Wherever we go there is war.
I am allergic to this medicine
why is bacteria named New Delhi? that is not fair.
Why is an enzyme named after New Delhi?
