  • Hello, everyone! I'm making a simple chicken recipe that Filipinos love to eat with rice.
    Sauté the garlic, onions, and ginger in a heated pan. Add the chopped chicken, using any parts you prefer, and cut it to your desired size.
    Remove pinkness from chicken by cooking both sides, then add black pepper and water. Boil for 15 minutes on medium heat.
    Add seasoning, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat.
    Once the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables and cornstarch slurry.
