Update: Well, this isn't my cuppa tea. The opening was pleasant enough but the mid and dry down was difficult for me. A musty/dusty rosy musk took over and it made my throat itch. The musk was overwhelming and warm. It started smelling a bit vintagey, but not in a way I enjoy. This one's a pass for me. :)
Yes ma'am.. you have to love loud and potent, tangy musks..lol

I actually really enjoy this fragrance.
I'm excited to actually get to wear this one. I got a test strip of it in store and it was very nice, but it's hard to know on skin.
It was definitely a love at first sniff for me.

Yeah this just sounds kind of basic to me. I have the original Born in roma and really like it, (not love though unfortunately) so when i heard this was being released I got excited but i dont think ill go out of my way to get it after seeing your review. Thanks for reviewing it!! 😊
I pretty much had the same reaction as you when I first smelled it. Not a must-have but nice :-)
Hi! I have this perfume- I got it as a gift with purchase actually, a whole 15 ml bottle and a beautiful cosmetic bag along with it! Anyways, I find this smell to be pleasant, easy to reach and to wear, a good everyday fragrance really. Maybe a solid evening option for super hot countries with high humidity. Nice lemon in it, crisp and juicy, love it!

I wanted to love this, but it's just ok. I will try layering it.
I haven't tried this fragrance yet and for some reason I don't really care if I ever do. I doesn't sound very interesting. I adore the original Donna, it is such a beautiful fragrance. Donna Acqua is also a love for me.

Tested it out today and I don't know how I feel about it yet, I don't think it's for me as I don't like lemon and its kind of tangy.
I bought this because I love the red one (black cap) and was just so disappointed after smelling this one, its not a bad scent though, i just think i realized a fresh zesty scent isnt for me and the longevity wasnt nearly as great as the red!
I bought this but will be returning. It’s basically a very strong floral, but I don’t get a citrus. I don’t like strong florals. I’m really disappointed.
I can always tell by the thumbnail if you like the fragrance or not 😀 Shame they discontinued Donna Aqua.

@@DeliciousDelights Unfortunately so and I believe the Valentina perfumes also, the original Donna has been reformulated too. The new perfumes they are bringing out don’t seem are to be as as good sadly. 😢
Yeah, this one was a swing and a miss for me! A shame too because I had such high hopes for it! 😔
