This song is about domestic violence, a big problem in Russian families
@@ve_funna_li8669 no need to apologize, seems girls are affected by it more than boys, unless domestic violence is extreme, the clip is very dark and gloomy, but makes a statement about childhood trauma. So, maybe you're right
@@ve_funna_li8669 it's all western(American and British) propaganda, it's hard to wake people up but many already starting to see what Russia is really like
I think only Russian people can truly understand the meaning of this song and also crazy style is deffo for us.
Mostly post communist countries too
nah i’m mexican and i understand the meaning
I don't really think it matters where you come from, if you get the message you get it also I think that the lyrics are pretty clear
Is my understanding it’s about domestic violence and how they always blame the victim
Exactly.
If iam not wrong then this video shows the consequence of domestic violence related trauma.
When she was small she saw her parents fighting all time which traumatized her.
She then decided to live like a rebel. But then she kills her own husband assuming he will also one day start beating her. And then she disposes his body in grassland.
After some years she realizes her husband isn't bad like her father. And she regrets killing him. With children she visits the place where she buried him and mourns. Later on she drank some thing from blue bottle which I assume is poison.
The blue bottle is called "lachrymal vase" it's filled with tears cryied for the dead person. Sorry if my English is bad, I'm russian
It has a deeper layer, behind domestic violence. Domestic violence is not a reason, it is a consequence of ideology, traditions, religion and other paradigmas, which have to be abandoned and placed only in museums as showpiece

All of them are wearing clothes that women wear in prison
Song is about the issue of the domestic violence. The little girl in the video embodies all the kids who are being taught about the female/male roles in the Russian society (women should do X-duties, while men should do Y-duties). As занавес has mentioned, the women tend to love husbands despite being abused. Finally, the drink she drinks in the end of the video is supposed to be tears (my best guess what it is). Also, the quote "instead of the star, Im wishing on a grenade" comes from saying "reach for the stars", while the singer is clearly fed up with the directions/expectations and she just wants to watch everything burn. Nice reaction by the way! It's nice to see when people actually try to interpret meaning behind ic3peak videos instead of just re-iterating what happens on screen.
I believe this song is about the abuse in going on in Russia between some marriages. Here, Nastya (Lead Singer), is representing that by disobeying the male that treats her wrong and does what she wants instead. Here is a video explaining the meaning: th-cam.com/video/mbSJEA-VN64/w-d-xo.html&vl=en
This song about home violence
This song is so good! Please react to more ic3peak
The video and song reflect the problem of domestic violence. In the text, the main narrator is a wife who killed her husband. And in the video, the girl who watched the conflicts of parents
yes, like a lot of the comments are saying, this song is talking about domestic violence. all her life, follow the rules, listening to mom n dad what they told her about marriage and listen to husband regardless. eventually having had enough, killed husband, then somehow missing him, wishing to hug like they used to. yes young girl growing up, always listening, eventually as having gotten older, married, abused by husband, blah blah
In order to understand such composition and read 'easter-eggs' correctly, one must either know russian ideomas or use a very precise translation with commentaries for visual picture as well. E.g. 4:59 - is refered to russian ideoma 'pouring in ears', which means 'intrusively
bother with notations
, teachings and directions on how to live without taking into account the opinion of the listener at all'. And there are many such references in video in question.
ic3peak is a duo, they are Nastya (the woman with black lipstick, not the little girl) and the only man who appears on the mv is called Nick the other member. ^^
(sorry for my English im not native) hshahahs
The song is about excesses of traditional culture, how it can get crazy, about passing inadequate attitudes and ideas to young generations
This is clearly depicted by family bunch dancing on little girl's head. No boundaries here
😭💔
It’s basically about oppression to the point you had enough and just snap. It’s such a problem, that enough people relate , making the song powerful because it shouldn’t be true. It’s acceptable to abuse women in marriages in Russia . “Mom taught me to listen to my my man”
The meaning is that the Russian government are not letting all of these stuff, They are getting watched by the whole government,
Sorry in advance for my broken English. I'm from Russia :)
The song is about domestic violence. Little girl and the singer are the same person. Since childhood she was told that she must obey her husband no matter what. But when she grew up she met wrong person who is violent towards her. So when her sufferings become unbearable she decides to kill her husband.
You see we have a huge problem with domestic violence here in Russia. Government ignores the problem.
😭💔
Nastya Krelina ( Icepeak's vocalist) has such an angelical voice.
So I'm late butttttt: плак плак in Russian sounds like "Plock Plock" and in English it means "cry" or "Boohoo"
The visual had a gothic feel to it ! love the black and red look the kid with the lipstick i think is her as a kid
Its not only about domestic violence. Its about what wife. Girl. Woman feelings. Its about wrong traditions. Its about society and bad parents who talks wrong things to their child. Coz grow up the same a lot years ago. Also in this song girl hope that man will change soon. But he doesn't
Ic3peak - marsh
is she even gonna notice Nastya has a blue eye and a brown eye?
Is that her natural eye color
@@SD-sw4mf, yes, it is
@@who3317 wow, i never saw a person with that eye color before
Ic3peak is a play on "I speak"
The video reminds me of a criminal minds episode but I can't remember which one. I'm almost positive it was criminal minds!😂
This song is about domestic violence in Russia. In Russia there’s a lot of domestic violence going on with between married couples. For an example it is OK for a husband to hit his wife and they won’t get any consequences for it
I was thinking it was about domestic violence too. She said something about obeying her man. It might have been something like that.
Wow
hi a fellow english speaker! i was told the song is pronounced "BOO HOO" but i have no clue lmfao

Have you heard of domestic violence? this video is exactly about the violence in families and children who suffer the circumstances of it.
Yes, I know. It was explained already.
