I just spent the night in 106 (July 14, 2019). A little steep descent to the water but manageable. Also submerged rocks under the water so we had to wade in (no jumping or diving). Also the water is DEEP! We all wore life jackets even though we are experienced swimmers. A bonus to #106 is that the bathrooms are just across the road. And the playground is close by also
