TQM - Total quality management is a set of systematic activities carried out efficiently and effectively by the organization, to provide products and services which fulfill the quality standard of customer and satisfies customer needs at the right time and at the right price.
Following are the steps involved in the implementation of TQM
1. Plan - Define & Analyze a problem and identify the root cause
2. Do - Devise a solution, develop detailed action, plan & implement it systematically
3. Check - Confirm outcome again plant identify deviations and issues
4. Act - Standardize solution, Review and define next issues
