I love the gulp minnow's on my brim rod and sometimes I'll catch a big crappie and big brim i use a 6 pound test fishing line my real is a s silver bullet ..thanks for turning me on to the gulp minnow's...😊😊😊
It felt like a death sentence to me on child in middle school and one in elementary school. Thank God for showing me your channel gave me an outlet to get outside and keep my sanity. The last hour of your video I really needed tonight as a booster thanks again.
Man, I gotta say, the fishing on this trip is insane! The action on the point where the rivers meet was incredible, at 5:30 minutes you can see just how stacked the fish are. Can’t believe you’re pulling them in that fast! This video is making me want to get out on the water ASAP. Great content!
We've all been feeling like crap as well. Tis the season. Great video and lots of fish! That's a great day, for sure, even feeling under the weather. Have a blessed night, Justin.
I hope you get to feeling better soon and pray you dont have covid. Back in the first it was mid 21 before we came in contact with it. I would wake up feel great mess around do some things around the house and about 3hrs latter i was totally useless take some meds take a nap wake up feel great again for about 3hrs but the whole time i was very short winded. I mean walk to the mailbox and feel like i was in a full blown asthma attack out of breath. Anyway enough about me. I hate our tourney in SC didnt go as planned at all. I really wanted to see you win angler of the year. We got 2 #2 spots. I belive next year we'll get #1. I say we because you take us along with you by video, and i appreciate it. Thank you for all the great content and hard work you put into your content.
I've been catching plenty of leaves this time of year for sure! After a few trips, i agree with what you said about the jars of gulp being tougher and a far better deal than the little 10 pack bags.
Dude least you know where I have been too. I went 3 years before I walked without crutches. Man proud of you I ended up with chronic pain in my ankles. Has been 20+ years ago Feb 2 2002 at 40 was told never walk again...told them to kiss my you know what one heel, 1 plate 34 screws the other 1 plate 27 screws. Didn't know a heel could hold that many screws.
Justin my wife and I had the same crap u describe. We missed several days of work due to it. The nastiest sticky snot ever and strange feeling of hot cold sweaty but never a fever. Took about 10 days to start feeling better!
Trip Recap: 392 Casts (52 on new rod), 96 Fish caught, 89 - Bluegill, 4 - Large Mouth, 1 - Channel Cat, 1 - Small Mouth, 1 - Yellow Perch 9 - 2 Fish Streaks, 5 - 3 Fish Streaks, 2 - 4 Fish Streaks, 1 - 5 Fish Streak, 1 - 8 Fish Streak First fish 12th cast, 6 - 1” gulp minnows & 1 - 3” gulp minnow used. No lost Jigs 64 Ads I think in an earlier video where you were talking about this kayak you were concerned with hull slap noise. Go back and listen to the video around the 3 hour 36 minute mark. You can hear the hull slap, not too bad, however it did not look too choppy out. If the girlfriend is flying home out of Miami Airport after you drop her off head West on the 836 ,from the airport, until it ends. Continue South on NW 137th Ave. The first major intersection South is US 41 (Tamiami Trail) Head West out past the Miccosukee Casino. West of the Casino you will see a lock on the canal on the right hand side. Turn there and cross over the lock to the dirt road that runs along the canal. Follow along the canal about 1 mile. Put the kayak in across from the start of the bridge and use the Ultra Light Tackle to fish under the bridge and along the Everglades tree line. Fishing there is always great, species will range from Peacock Bass, Oscars, Mayan Cichlids, Jaguar Cichlids, Large Mouth, several different Sun Fish Species, Gar, Bowfin, Crappie, Tilapia, Crappie, Tarpon, Snook, and many more. I fish that area at least once a month year long, and always do great. Best of luck on your South Florida Trip.
Thank you so much! I appreciate your effort in tracking the stats of the trip. Wish I had known I was that close to 100 fish while I was out there. I would have stayed long enough to get four more. The info on where to go fish in Florida is very helpful. I will definitely check that place out.
We (saying that as if I still live in the area) LOL, the few the proud that have been raised in the shadows of what has to be the most Iconic Mnt. range east of the Mississippi, love to find the curviest road that we can , or the most deserted logging road that we can access to just stand out there and party and watch others that think that they are the DK ( drift King) of the smokies or at least it was that way when I resided in the north of Ga and ran the foothills of the Smokies.
That's exactly what I was going through when I got cold for the first time I would forget s*** that I would say I would talk a little bit and just feel like if I took off running couldn't do much like my body just hurt and I would all the time be like super tired to where I would sleep 16 hours sometimes in a day
I've been gone for a couple of years. My health has kept me off the water and I ended up selling my boat. Broke my heart but I had to. I'm going fishing again soon even if it's bank fishing. 2 years is too damn long. Yup. I'm back, Justin.
Did you ever figure out that Ryan is the one who put all those jugs in your fishing spot and that they were just dummy jugs to get you to fish somewhere else? 😁
Hey Justin, sorry about the game ending last night. I thought Tennessee had Georgia beat. Somehow they just fell apart at the end. Keep your head up though. I hear the catfish are gonna be biting. Love your videos buddy.😊
I hate the new style St Croix rods . When I’m fishing I want to be holding cork , the plastic just feels slippery even though it’s probably not. I returned mine after two hours of fishing . Dealer got me a cork handle St Croix , older model I guess.
My family is down in Murphy. I wrecked a motorcycle on dragon tail. My cousin wrecked two. But I’ll be down there the 1st week of December. I’m ready for a break
Hi Justin, sitting here watching the Tennessee Georgia game about five minutes into it and I remembered I was wanting to ask you a question. That pond that you used to go to with the cheetah. I haven’t seen you guys go out there and race. Any bikes lately. What they do cut you off at the pond? OK I will let you go bud. Take care.😊
How do you like the new style handle. Got a 6' and 6'9" panfish 4 cast set the hook and broke it 16 inches from the end. St Croix warranted it without any problems but it had the new style handle. I hate it. I have not heard anybody that likes it. I called customer service to see if they had any old style he said no asked if he liked the new style and he said no also.
The same thing happened to me with their 6'9" model, except it snapped about 8 inches from the tip. I've had two St. Croix rods break on me this year. I typically gear up with their rods, but I have to say I've been a bit disappointed with their quality lately.
Justin it not that hard to ship them.... people just don't give a crap since COVID( it always COVID's fault ) got 5 recalls on my truck from 2022 til Nov this year don't have parts cause COVID.
Just go back to the old college medicine of vodka and orange juice. Never failed me in many a year in school. As for lack of energy, just brag that the lady has worked you over.
I just spent a month in the hospital. Life is good! The best thing is I get to watch you on TH-cam!! God bless you my dear friend.
Sorry to hear that Lee. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Haha! Glad I could make your day again.

Definitely sounds like we had the same thing

Boo yaa Justin!!! Wopper time 😊!!!!!
I caught some perch up the Clinch that day we met there. That's a good one.
Thanks Chris!
Heck yeah let's sling some gulp.
If you skip in the video and happen to land on him putting the lid on the gulps, it looks like he's giving a urine sample lol
Can’t watch right now. Dawgs and Vols about to battle

Tail of the dragon is 113 turns in like 10 miles. Awesome on a back
Did you ever figure out that Ryan is the one who put all those jugs in your fishing spot and that they were just dummy jugs to get you to fish somewhere else? 😁
That’s what I’m gonna tell everybody lol
Hey Justin, sorry about the game ending last night. I thought Tennessee had Georgia beat. Somehow they just fell apart at the end. Keep your head up though. I hear the catfish are gonna be biting. Love your videos buddy.😊
As a Tennessee fan, I’m pretty used to the team disappointing me. Happens every year.
@ boy, Justin I know that feeling. I live in Arizona I see it every year with the Cardinals. ASU and all the rest of the other sports.🤪
Thanks

Have you checked your sugar? When I get that foggy feeling stupid feeling, usually my sugar got out of whack
My family is down in Murphy. I wrecked a motorcycle on dragon tail. My cousin wrecked two. But I’ll be down there the 1st week of December. I’m ready for a break
I shouldn’t say “wrecked” I just tipped over basically. Which tends to happen when you’re top heavy! 😂😂

I can still go there. We just haven’t been in a long time.
@KayakCatfish I too kinda miss seeing you and Miss Daphne fishing there, and her licking the fish.
Hit that like button and then hit that subscribe button. And if you love this channel consider becoming a member!
They do car meets and bike meets on the dragon every weekend it seems
Tail of the dragon. 318 curves in 11 miles
TRY IT WITHOUT THE WEED GUARD AT LEAST FOR THE LEAVES oops caps loc was on
I know its late but 11 inches would have qualified for a TN TARP🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
I suppose I could take a screen shot and send it in for a tarp. I would rather spend that 5 dollars on something else though lol
🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣👍👍👍👍👍

I definitely prefer the older cork handles versus the new plastic ones.

Just curious. You never mentioned the cause of the truck wreck. Did you fall asleep, were you into the "tea", were you dodging an animal?
Reached for my cell phone and got off the side of the road into some loose gravel.
The dragon has 111 curves in a 12 mile stretch
313 curves in 11 miles
It felt like even more than that lol
@ I drive a lifted jeep and I have to go really slow there
How do you hold that kayak in one place? I notice the water moving but you are not.
I was using the pedals on this kayak
So what’s the update on the mangy skinny cat?
He is doing well. Living his best life in my house now
Kind of sad you kept the perch. Seems like they’re kind of rare in the area.
He was sabotaged on that livescope we all know who it was
I don’t think I’ve heard the whole story of your accident! 🤔
The motor sounds like something is wrong with it
Justin it not that hard to ship them.... people just don't give a crap since COVID( it always COVID's fault ) got 5 recalls on my truck from 2022 til Nov this year don't have parts cause COVID.
🙂🎣
Thanks for being number 1 Nikki!
@KayakCatfish You're quite welcome. But for some reason, I can't seem to beat those "Booty-Bots". They get here before EVERYONE!😂🤦
Just go back to the old college medicine of vodka and orange juice. Never failed me in many a year in school. As for lack of energy, just brag that the lady has worked you over.
Them butt head's want 1.2 Mill for what little bit of land there is...thay keep saying it's water front property..😭😭😭
Haha! They will never be able to sell it
Hell I have brand new purifier $300 I would brought to you for free on my way down home.
Roombas are great until an animal gets diarrhea and it goes to finger painting the floor.
Hahaha! That would be awful lol
