I reached breathless state for a few min in meditation as a result of just being in meditation not holding it. as i was going i knew it was entering the state of samadhi then the breath stopped but i didn't know it, i didn't exists. then after a few moments i heard... " I am not breathing" and brought me out of the deep state. almost like a inner regulatory system on alert.. or an awareness that i wasn't breathing and then the breath came back as I was coming out.. how can I stay in without something taking you out. it took me years to get there at this level..
I am just in this dilemma brother help me out , as soon as i reach there i cnt breathe only if my breathe keeps on working i will completely reach tht state what to do , found a solution?
I reach there very quickely and automatically but cnt stay there due to ceasation of breath what to do? Should i let go of the thought of breathing? Should i let go the fear ? Will I be ok?
@@zenmbbs your body has an inner regulation of breath that is needed to sustain itself but you dont need it you are beyond it.. so let it go dont hold it non attachment, observe and yes.. let go.. just keep going with your practice and ask to be guided.. if you have fear you wont go past it.. that fear is identity attachment to self.. but you exists beyond it you should maybe find a yogi to practice under
In the breathless state, the heart pumping stops, involuntary actions stops and rests, and there maybe an arterial flutter, and in some cases, not even that. pulse stops. And as Gurudeva Paramhansa Prajnananda told, it is due complete surrender to God. Doesn't that mean, the bhakti yogis, in earlier centuries, due to devotion of God, learnt Kriya yoga unconsciously (by his grace) and evolved greatly due it. Thus able to stop their breath and reach the level of Ultimate?
It is said this Yoga (Kriya) was taught by God at the beginning of creation. This is mentioned in Gita 4.1 and 4.2. Kings practiced it and hence all in the kingdom would too (It was then known as Raja Yoga - yoga for Kings). As mentioned in 4.2, with the passage of time this practice got lost. It was kept alive in the Himalayan caves by Rishis who would teach it to the most competent disciples, and common citizens lost the practice. Then in 1861 the immortal saint Babaji revived it and instructed Lahiri Mahasaya to make it accessible to common citizens too. And the lineage continues .... So your premise that earliest yogis practiced and mastered Kriya by the grace of God is consistent with this explanation by Gurus. Jai Guru. Humble pranams
It was actually told by Hesiod, and then later by Socrates and Plato. He told, in this age, Men lived like Gods and died as if fallen in deep sleep, were ever young, everything was in harmony, there was no need to work due to abundance of food supply by nature. Men were in direct connection with Gods, and also interacted as Gods, Yogeshwara (God of Yogis, Ishwara of Yogis) ; Like in these times, Swami Tailanga. This is even verified by the song of Shree Rabindranath Tagore - Amra Sobai Raja, we all are Kings. Yogis are always regarded as Maharaja, or Great Kings, the ruler of the Universe, as what they wish happens. They can make alive a dead man, or forgive them, even due to insulting them, the nature kills that man (as was in the case of Shree Lahiri Mahasaya) ; a world were Men as Gods and Kings ruled as this was similar to the Kritya Yuga, or the Age of Gold. www.greek-gods.org/titans/cronus.php His father gone, Cronus became what he always wanted, the Ruler of Cosmos. It is said that in this time animals spoke with human voice and no one would get ill, physically or mentally. Simply be aware. If it’s hard to be aware without an object, choose an object to be aware of - for example, heart center. If you get scared, work on clearing fear first.
It is true that our body, our confused mind and intellect prevents us from realizing the self within. But as Gurus say - we are all divine. In spite of our lacking and weaknesses it is possible to realize the self. We just need to apply ourselves. God and Gurus are waiting to guide us on ... Humble pranams
God is beyond breath 😊
Jai Guruji 🙏🏾 ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Will you say more? Thank you...🤗

So as Plato told, The age of Gods were due this.
