Hello my husband and I were in the process of a temp. Work permit since 3 years ago in Quebec, first his eTA was cancelled at the Mexico city airport, then we apply again and got refused inviting us to apply again, we did and, on july 15th 2021 we received a procedural of fairness letter our representative gave us no advise we responded and is 6 months already with no signs of response from IRCC we are afraid this may be a big no, as per what I read on Canada immigration website it should only take 30 days. What we been told is that this process is in the Canadian embassy in Mexico city. As of yesterday the consultant mentioned we should apply for a eTA? Which makes no sense since we supposed to be in a process. how can ask for an eTA if we have an application in process and if the 1st one was cancelled ? We need real professional.advise can you help?

This is quite serious as due to you signing the forms you are essentially responsible. Also if you are using a ghost agent who is unauthorized, this tends to happen as they can not legally represent your file. Depending on what has happened, when it happened and what has transpired my advice would be different. I suggest you reaching out to us directly as this is serious and could create a lot of problems if not handled correctly. Hope this helps!

@@guzu_p4360 Normally, after PFL, they ll ban u for 5 years...I got response in around 5 days after responding from Hk...Ban cannot be overturn...I actually thot apology ll work, but no it wont...
