Xiaomi 365 1S - e scooter- 28mph(off the floor)-350w motor- Software flash drv 155 🛴

This is my Xiaomi 1S - I have installed the 350 w motor (instead of the stock 300w) and Also flashed the firmware with drv 155 using down g app and custom firmware.
It hits 28 mph off the floor and 24mph with me on it top speed.
No reinforcements of the controller is necessary but you could reinforce it and go for the 1200w firmware which would probably end up giving you more torque..
