I also love how clean this place looks. No spillage on counters or floors. If people are responsible and well mannered places like these can be very successful
I don't wanna know how much the videocreator spilled shooting that video. cracking egg on counter, stirring wildly while its sitting in that machine.. I assume they cleaned up after but i have my doubts that everyone does that. I love the concept but i wouldn't trust society with it and my country wouldnt allow a store like that from a hygiene standpoint i assume
they just don't shoot the messy part.
Quite simple really, if you spill something, you make sure to clean up after yourself. Should be common sense, but unfortunately, it is not.

I am impressed by the fact that the store trusts the customer to actually pay for their food in the absence of any on-site manager. It would be so easy to steal food from that place that in my country it would be impossible, as well as modern.
i was thinking about that all along. A store like that here will close in 2 days people will not only not pay BUT all the eggs and things i see stored they will just take the whole thing home.

I've been to Daegu before. It's a very nice city with nice people. It's an innovative ramen shop! It looks delicious! The other day, a similar Korean-style ramen shop opened in Japan. I want to go too!

A ramen shop like this would've been so useful to me back in my university days. Relatively affordable and it looks like there's a good selection of healthy foods too like the kimchi, spring onions, and pickled plums.

U dont need any machine - just use ur normal stove. The ramen u can buy in stores or online. Even in indonesia they r easy to find

I've never thought about dumping white rice into ramen before, but now I really want to try that.
its better if separate tbh. for example after you finish your noodles you dump a bowl of rice into the remaining soup and eat it

@@ultraguy14 I don't see the difference, really. Like, both of them are mushy if you eat it separately or together either way. Me personally, i mix them up when i'm cooking ramen so they get all hot and flavored.

위생관리 해줄사람이 없는 저런곳은 너무 불안하다. 토핑같은것도 봉투에 밀봉해서 적당량씩 가져갈수 있었으면 좋겠다.

This would be everybody’s favorite place in college towns.
Today I ate one of these for the first time, I enjoyed it a lot. It was vegetarian, very tasty and enough for someone who eats a lot.

I would love to have this sort of store nearby, but I don't know if I would trust eating unattended and un-packaged food other customers have open access to. Sadly, if my neighbourhood had this facility, it would be stolen from and someone would spit in the toppings 😔

これ動画とってるときだから衛生面に気を使ってるけど実際にいったことある？ トッピングって家にあるものばかりだし 日本製のカップ麺食べるならそもそも薬味いっぱい入ってるしわざわざ衛生面の悪い環境で食べる必要ない そればかりか環境面とかの問題ですぐ訴えられて終わり 実際にできても家で作れないホームレスと不良が利用するだけだな なぜ家で作らないのか理解できないよ

Any "stealing" that may happen can still be done in more respectful manor, taking only what you need (knowing there are others in your similar situation). My primary concerns are the people who might leave their mess (expecting other to clean up after them) or worse, find it funny to ransack a place like this. S Korea has over 100 different variety of ramen without the foreign imported brands. It is harder to find the foreign ones except at special import stores!!

Yup, it's fermented so it's sour. Spicy because of the pepper flakes mixed with other spices like ginger, garlic and onion
