Dreamcatcher became my favorite group ever all genres included. These women are just amazing on every point.
I feel you. Maybe midlife crisis..I'm 46! 😄 I have not seen and heard something like this before. I like the harder stuff (also coming from the Rock/Metal side) but also the soft ones like "Whistle" and the just released "Always". The only thing I have problems with is the "cute" stuff...sorry that's not for for me. I'm really looking forward to the concert in Germany next month. It has been at least 20 years that I have been to a concert of this size and basically got the tickets because of Dreamcatcher and (G)I-DLE even though Mamamoo, EVE and some other groups are there as well. If I run into Dreamcatcher's CEO I'll thank him personally giving them a second chance! They all must have seen the potential.
Not the same age but I can relate to listening to a large range of artists and genres and especially rock: In my case Pearl Jam is one of my all-time favs, but even though I've been listening to them for probably at least a decade before Dreamcatcher even debuted, Dreamcatcher is definitely one of my all-time favourite artists regardless of genre.

As for Siyeon and Jiu, they've been roommates for over 10 years and for about 7 of those years Dami was also their roommate. Sometime around the Scream promotions the manager that was living with them moved out of their dorm, (this is just my guess but I think the manager was living with them either because of Gahyeon being a minor or to help Handong because she was a foreigner), and so Dami moved into the empty room and its been just Siyeon and Jiu ever since.
HANDONG alway's got a great voice but because it is what it is she never got to much line on they're title track . but she got some of the most iconic line in they're discographie the most well appreciated is her line in DEJA VU.
Best relay dances in all of KPop. I will die on this hill. They couldn’t achieve that title without their amazing chemistry and friendship. Also, Han Dong with red hair is everything. And Siyeon’s do is incredible. Dami pulls of the blue like no one else. And SuA with the cherry blossom hair is a vibe. When I first saw Yoohyeon with the blond hair/dark bangs I kinda didn’t like it. But she made me love it. And not with a gun to my head-kind of way. She’s just that amazing. I love the short hair on Gahyeon but do lament somewhat. Going to be a while until we see her in double pig tails or space buns again. And Jiu… can’t leave out Jiu. Every hair color she does I’m like, “that’s her hair color!” Even the purple era worked for me.
Handong is so beautiful and I'm also a fan of her unique voice. 🥰 Dreamcatcher really is a family and I love how natural they act publicly. I'm envious because I wanted sisters growing up but I got a brother(who is my eternal baby boy!) instead. 😂
I don’t know how they keep getting better and better with their choreo but it’s amazing to watch each time. Also that was one of the most fun relay dances ever they seemed to be loving it. And the way gahyeon goes from really not acting like the maknae to being the absolute cutest during parts of the relay destroys me
I agree 100% with what you're saying about DC having fun with all their relays and their journey as a whole. It's probably why I love watching them so much.
Handong has such a gorgeous voice and ever since coming back from hiatus her confidence and charisma has just exploded! They all slayed this era but I love especially seeing her and Dami get the spotlight they deserve. And we love to see the respect for Dami’s lead dancer position! This relay though…THIS RELAY…this is beyond anything I’ve seen them do before and I’m SO hyped about it!!! The formations and moves, the energy, the silliness going on in the background, it all kills me!!! I swear they could win an award for that alone.
The fact that Dreamcatcher's relays are so good that they can just mess around and still be top notch. Also if you want to see JiU's duality more I would recommend her mnet fancam because she really shows it off there
Yeah not that they aren't all great dancers, but with a main dancer like SuA, it's easy for people to forget that JiU and Dami are lead dancers; probably also because JiU is a lead vocalist and Dami main rapper, so their dance positions probably take like a backseat (or whatever the appropriate expression is here). And Handong... It's been a while since I called her a wrecker, she's just a secondary bias (along with JiU and Gahyeon) at this point, but out of all of them she's been coming for me the most especially in the MV. Oh and on social media... That red hair.. She. She needs to calm down 😳

I don't care what anyone says. NO ONE is doing it like Dreamcatcher. They have a rule that no one talks behind someone else's back and they have to talk out their differences. I believe that is why they are so close and protective of each other
usualy i'am more wrecked by GAHEYON or SIYEON my bias are still JIU and YOOHYEON but in this comeback DAMI wreck me more than the other , 1 her purple hair i love this color on almost all idol . 2 her rap verse ( i think it's one of the longest verse she got so far ) 3 her dance break in this choréo .
