Celery juice is suppose to have antioxidants....be good for blood pressure...cholesterol....lots of vitamins...I hate the taste of celery or I would do it..! ❤❤❤
You can get celery juice in powder form...love love this show...

OMG - Peanut butter and jelly rolled up in a flower tortilla! If I have those three things in the house, it's all I'll eat until it's gone. 😋 (which is why I don't but them anymore)

I have tried the cinnamon roll hack. Absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls. I used both pillsbury n cheaper. The cheaper cinnamon rolls were the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had with Kristen’s recipe!! Thank you ❤

In our house we either call it wooster sauce or hubby calls it d e a d horse lol. Years ago I was always on some fad diet in desperation to lose weight. In my opinion they don't work and are bad for you. They make your weight fluctuate up and down. These days I just think, eat food that's one ingredient and reduce processed foods and sugar. If the focus is on heath your body with thank you for it. I also believe though that we have the right to enjoy life and don't cut out the bad stuff permanently or punish yourself in any way for having it. I believe it's all about having a healthy mindset towards food
