Hi Shawntae, When then natural hair is air dried, stretched, and the over all hair falls to the shoulders then it is medium length hair to me. Thankfully she has access to Samantha and God blesses her hands. She will get to waist length in time.

Perhaps you meant "TOO flat and oblong"? Otherwise your statement makes no sense.
Perhaps the client didn't want a big bun. Not everyone wants a big hair.
She gave the client what she wanted...that is what is important
