The Mascot is Herky... and the 2nd one was dressed up like Hayden Fry our former beloved football coach, and the inspiration for Craig T Nelson's character in Coach. Thank you for visiting Iowa...I love home. May I suggest the next time you head that direction, visit Ida Grove on the other side of the state (Sioux City or Omaha Airports are good for this.)... Ida Grove has a little bit of silliness going on there that I think you would enjoy.
Herky the Hawk..mascot of the University of Iowa. Next time go to a UI football game, the fans are very loyal! The whole stadium takes time to wave to the children in the hospital next to the football field.
This video was fun to watch! We lived in St. Cloud, FL for a few years and now live just 20 minutes from this airport. There are nonstop direct flights to Sanford a few times a week from this airport via Allegiant, which make is super easy (and cheap) to still visit FL a few times a year.
Love watching you and your mum on you little get always ~~ mum’s always first in and first out. First in the room and checking it out, then down to the pool ~~ no waiting for you. Next is dinner time and there goes mum, walking way ahead of Adam, who is never in a hurry. Just watched you coming home to Orlando and mum’s off again ahead of you walking on the moving walkway, ahead of you. Have a good break at home. Thanks. 💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺xoxox
Really enjoyed this series. I grew up in Dubuque, lived in Iowa 44 years, and moved to Windermere last May. Heading back to Iowa for a visit in a couple of weeks so this really hit the spot.
These United States are pretty dang interesting once ya get off the interstate and gom around to check stuff out. When you have the added bonus of family (and friends who are like family) along the way, it makes the experience even better. Thank you again, Man Upstairs, for bringing Adam and Mama Woo back safely! ❤✌🌮 (love peace and taco grease)
Thanks for taking us along on this trip. I am spending the next 6 months vacation in Wisconsin. Might go back to House on the Rock and Cave of the Mounds again.
Loved this trip. A great video. This was my kind of video. Glad to see your family again. They are great. Missed your dad though. Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see what your next adventure is.
Loving these vlogs, i've only traveled to Florida so far in my life and would love to see more of america, so Adam is helping me to explore the big country of america! Thanks, from Dan in the UK.
Your Dally Woo for your Iowa/Wisconsin/Illinois trip felt like I was on that trip with you. it was awesome. Have a safe flight back home. Be safe Brother!
Loved these vlogs, as always I enjoy learning about parts of the US I will never see with my own eyes. Plus always great to see your mother in your videos too.
Was great following you around on this trip! Fun family time and interesting places. I grew up in Northern Indiana and traveled to that area a few times over the years. The airport in Cedar Rapids is so nice as well. We flew out of there to Las Vegas a couple times!
The Astrojet livery was fascinating. I Googled it and found numerous articles - it's an homage to the first Boeing 707 they received! 23 October 1958: American Airlines accepted delivery of its first jet airliner, Boeing 707-123 N7501A (serial number 17628, line number 7). The new airplane had made its first flight on 5 October. Christened Flagship Michigan, American Airlines advertised its new 707 as the “Astrojet.”
I enjoy your adventures around Celebration and the Parks but REALLY love when you get out on the road and explore places I may never see in person. Have you ever thought about visiting Alaska? I would love to see Alaska through your eyes because I bet you would find the more non-touristy places and adventures. It's a pleasure no matter what you do and especially nice when you have family with you. THANKS!
Love watching your flights!!! I really don’t know why, because I am not going to fly anywhere!! I’m his weeks videos have been very interesting and loved seeing and hearing your Mama!!!! I just don’t think, every day, that it won’t be long till we won’t see you every day. I dread that! You’re the first video I watch for the day and when you don’t have one I feel sad!! We’ll just try to enjoy the rest of our time!!
Very cool I live in the south west area of Wisconsin so I would visit Dubuque Iowa often loved the Mississippi River museum and I got to tour the river boat on a field trip years ago in school very awesome piece of river history glad you got to see it Adam hope you come back.
Every American Airline has a few of their jets with the Original Livery which you saw. United, Delta and a few others have a few of their jets like that!
Wow Adam a good experience of flying from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and back to MCO. On American Airlines. But you have to do a layover in DFW. Gotta come back to San Francisco, California. I think you miss seen a house where they filmed Full House. It is the Full House House on Broadrick Street in San Francisco.
My dad took my older brother and me ( 6yearsold) to the local airport in 1970 took my first plane experience and it cost my brother and i $1.75 each and my dad $4.00 for a 30 minute ride. All I remember was it was hot and it went by fast. My dad told me about the rest of it years later. My next plane experience was 29 years later.m
711 K subscribers, awesome! Trip to the art deco 711 for a piping hot caffeinated beverage to celebrate? Looking forward to your other travels planned for this year.
I love it when you come into land at MCO … I live vicariously through your travels until we have an opportunity to come to Orlando again (from the UK) 😊
We were supposed to land at Dallas Fort Worth on our original flight from Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks Connecticut with American Airlines but they canceled our flight the night before on the 20th of April. We eventually go on a American Airlines flight to Phoenix Arizona and picked up a flight on Southwest Airlines to Portland Oregon on the 21st of April. The flight was on a smaller Southwest Airlines aircraft and we were in the back of the plane so we felt the plane rocking side to side a lot.
The airport in Iowa is very different from Atlanta airport. Kind of reminds me of the airport in Honolulu when I went there…went through TSA with very few people in the airport at the time we were there to head back to the mainland! LAX is my least favorite that I’ve been to so far and San Antonio is another good one imo. Thanks for sharing your travels with us!
I hate flying but I’m going to LA in a couple weeks, the plane is stopping in Dallas. I’ve never been on a long flight before. Kinda nervous but excited too.
Adam, you should visit the most quaint little Iowan town, Elkader. We moved here from Mississippi over 40 years ago. No, really you should bring your mom here. She would love it!
Thst will be so cool my friend maybe see u soon in vancouver canada and area lots of amazing things like movie history and stuff U prob know it is called hollywood north right
These last few vlogs have been great. The house on the rock was one of the coolest places and the mass of collections was amazing. Thanks Adam!
Thank you . The house on the rock was wild !
Iowa was a good time this week. Thanks for inviting us along!
Thanks for bringing your mom again. I love it when you bring your mom.
Really enjoy seeing your parents! They are the sweetest
Always amazes me how heavy planes/ jets are and yet they stay flight in the sky with out falling .All that power keeps them flying forward ❤❤❤❤❤❤
It’s called lift
I go out of my way to use small airports...rental cars & hotels so easy & no lines. Reminds me of the old days of stress free air travel.
You are one of the few vloggers that I never miss watching! I am psyched to see you do these from videos from overseas next year.

I love that you call your mom mama, so cute. Thanks again.
Man- I'm gonna need a playlist of these kind of traveling days. They are so good to work to!
Get a life
@@BAKER22-l4uI feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with you on a frequent basis.
You are a wonderful son! Great to see the relationship you have with your momma!
22:30 - I love the retro American Airlines livery on that jet (737 i think) at gate near the back of the row here!
Cool view from that monorail too!
Thanks for sharing your experience. Glad you're getting time with your mom.
Two Thumbs 👍👍

This flight was particularly good for many reasons. A great perspective of a person flying (first class) on an airline. Love it vicariously.
Really enjoyed this series. I grew up in Dubuque, lived in Iowa 44 years, and moved to Windermere last May. Heading back to Iowa for a visit in a couple of weeks so this really hit the spot.

It was an amazing trip! We love all of your content, including the small town travel! That was a lot of fun! 😊 🛩
Not being a big city fan, its great to see a part of the country where its not all police sirens, crazy people and lack of fresh air.
So glad your mom can come with you such great memories ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Adam GREAT traveling with you. Thank You for sharing.

The airport in Cedar Rapids is so nice as well. We flew out of there to Las Vegas a couple times!
We went through the Dallas airport on the way back to Melbourne Victoria from Florida - what a great system on getting to correct departure zone
I'm glad you and your mom had a safe trip❤
Cool statue at the airport all those people rushing to get their flight. What a neat statue.❤
The Iowa trip was lots of fun can't wait to see where the next adventure takes us. Always love the air travel vid's too.
As always, thanks for sharing your trips! 💖
Adam, really enjoyed your last trip! Those were some awesome and cool places you visited in Iowa! Love your flight videos! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!

Loved the tri-state videos. Thank you for sharing.
Always loved your videos..I feel like I'm there with you. Thank you for sharing.
The audio on the first jet sounds like a leaf blower !(required for a Woo background)

Keep treating your momma good. You can't get enough family time.
Hi Adam, you should trek up to The Henry Ford museum and Greenfield village. You’d dig it
That American Airlines plane with the retro heritage livery was cool.
As someone who lives in Eastern Iowa and flies out of CID a lot, it's rarely busy which is wonderful))))
711 K subscribers, awesome! Trip to the art deco 711 for a piping hot caffeinated beverage to celebrate? Looking forward to your other travels planned for this year.

My wife loves the shinny popcorn 🍿
