爬坡作为生活在贵州这个“云贵高原”地区的人来说，那是几乎每天的日常活动，可是这里的少数民族人们居然还把这个看起来在频繁不过的活动作为一种节日来进行特别表示。其实就是找时间乐乐，具体活动有盛装爬上山坡、斗牛、吹芦笙、唱歌、跳舞、斗鸟等等活动。邀请亲朋好友到家喝酒吃饭那是必须的, 年轻人也借机接触交朋友，甚至发展成为恋人。总之就是节日活动。
