as square quantity can never be negative. therefore any sum of square (SS) cannot be negative. thanks for your interest

Because no error degree of freedom left for error and its not possible to see the table value of f.

A major mistake that u did that first data table is totally different from second one...data assortment didn't match
Second table will be different because it is prepared according to treatments values concerning A treatment are written under A column and similarly B and C coloumns are prepared to construct the second table. Thanks for your concern.
