Because in latin square design each column and each row should have a complete set of treatments A, B, and C. Therefore layout is designed in such a way. Thank for ur question dear

A major mistake that u did that first data table is totally different from second one...data assortment didn't match

Second table will be different because it is prepared according to treatments values concerning A treatment are written under A column and similarly B and C coloumns are prepared to construct the second table. Thanks for your concern.
