Hey guys sorry out of excitedment i didnt show skills. Here is the Build I used or the best build for Nergi. Level 5 guard is an exception for Ruiner And Brute Tigrex to nullify Knock-backs.

That's some great work. I was proud to do him in 10'33. Offensive guard is definitely a plus for solo cb play on guard 5.
Great video man, but how can you change direction mid combo? Such as in the end of the fight
@@trunganhnguyen6695 idk what you're referring too but it might be the axe-to-sword movement which allow for "quick" directional moves, also the running axe attack can change you direction slightly if done right, same as the switch to axe animation.

I used to be a charge blade main and I’m still pretty good with it, but now I main IG lul. With vids like this I swear you guys always have the best luck cause when I rush, which is my play style, I almost always get destroyed with charge blade but with IG I could get hit at least a max of 10 times in 1 min and be fine, ima keep practicing against him until I get him down in below 10 mins👏🏾

Playing solo I find it really hard not to cart to this guy. There are so many attacks I just don't know how to avoid and there's no time to heal. Having to tenderize with light weapons is such a pain
Shaver charm is my best friend with light weapons!

Ever since I discovered 3 claw smacks+tenderize=weakened part, light weapons we're much easier. Its still tougher due to needing to stay on for that full like 6 or 7 second combo but its alot easier than trying 2 full tenderizers for some reason.

Starting fresh from the beginning (accidentally erased my saved data) as a charge blade main. I main also greatsword and switch axe. But charge blade was my choice weapon from jump. Doing good so far, learning to better phial manage and guard point.
Literally made that exact layered armor just different color also. Congrats that was dope.

I was able to proc it very often so I preffer having 15% more damage for a bit then 3 more attackboost during the whole hunt. But yeah OG mostly lasts for only one circle triangle combo

Hey there @IDeVaste. I see you use the chainsaw massacre feature on the CB. Does this kill faster than using SAED? I might be asking the obvious here. Or is that a what to just keep it charged up longer? Im pretty adept with CB and really enjoy it's Playstyle and would love to try doing this. So I was wondering should I stay in saed or chainsaw mode lol. Thanks for any info. And love the vids
Might be late, but the chainsaw mode (technically called Savage Axe Mode) does better overall damage, but SAED is more of a finisher, and if you can get Savage Axe up then a SAED, it'll be significantly more powerful than if you charge shield and sword and then SAED. So, overall I prefer Savage Axe because you can keep the damage flowing, but if you want one and done damage, used SAED

I still think shagaru magala is the better nergi. Almost the same moveset with more mechanics. Ruin helped this issue with the bleed but its still eh to me. Its just a virusless shagaru

Trying to solo the best i can i have raging brachy armor B set... lightbreak edge greatsword with 1514 attack, 500 blast, and 55% affinity, and still lose.. i keep thinking its the speed of my greatsword thats holding me back because i get greedy when i land 2 full combos

Elemental saed wins or is equal on monsters with high full body elemental hitzone values. which are only diablos, velkhana and the rath family
I want know the weapon Skills, Is a Safijiva Blast axe? What skill does it have?
How do I get the cat to use different tools? I already have them all unlocked and for now I have the one with the light pump and it does that and sets traps. The one with the bugle also uses 2 tools or how does that work?
Each palico gadget needs to be leveled in order to unlock their other spells.
Also the weapons play a role if u wanna paralyze or sleep

@@shivernaut8607 3 years late but dude, it's the rocksteady mantle. It prevents knockbacks. It has nothing to do with endgame gear.

@@IDeVaste how? Those three combined turn every monster encounter into a fight against a helpless HP pool. Monster roars? No worries. Keep attacking. Monster hits you? Doesn't matter, keep attacking and you'll get your health back. If you like hunting without needing to react to the monster at all, sure, those three things are great. You facetank nearly half of what nerg did while spamming axe combo. Unga bunga.
TA or Arena quest runs ftw
Triazic ta takes sadly 0 skill compared to this. Ta is plain boring and only depends on monster AI. You litteraly just have to wait for a monster opening , 0 thinking. 0 creativity. Bad.

Reacting to monsters actions is the point, imo.. waiting for openings is the crux of my preferred games ala souls, bloodborne, sekiro and whatnot. Not interested in fighting punching bags. To each their own, but.. fwiw it's worth I just watched SH3RMSY's TA run and loved it..
I would suggest that CB speedrunning is the most AI-dependent due to the insane animation commitments
