*"Holy Guacamole!"*
- Kanye West.
This is my favorite line every time i watch this
"what are we doing eating these huge salads? let's go practice rapping!" LMAOOOOO
Jack Salonsky 🤣🤣🤣 That handshake after
Hail the great Serpent 666
I can’t decide if that or “ah rapping. To a rapper like me it’s top notch” is the best line
"Oh great , Nas" that line was delivered perfectly lmao
"Let's go practice rapping!" Might be one of the funniest things over heard
joe wisner I don’t get it
@Michael lol
Yeah it took me 50 rewatches and 3 years to appreciate that line, it's gold
Well....they got to practice, it makes perfect!
Yes i agree cracks me up every time lol
This is one of the most underrated SNL sketches. Absolute brilliant. Mike O'Brien was underutilized as a writer.
Hell yeah. I rate this sketch at an 8.5 but when I checked the SNL sketch rating chart they only had it at a 5.3. So underrated.
Couldn’t agree more!!! This is one of the sketches that I always come back and rewatch.
he was just Underutilized PERIOD. mans funny as hell
@@teriley123 5.3 is crazy. This sketch is brilliant.
@@RobGradyVO True. He never got the chance for his talent to really break through.
wow - too funny when Nas showed up "oh great Nas"
+Paul Otto Why would your dumb ass read the comment section before looking at the video? You tool. LMAO!
I think he may have been joking you insensitive piece of garbage.
i almost peed
It's not "Nas", its fletcher
And now I suddenly want J.K. Simmons covering Ether.
"None of my problems involve the ladies!"
Best line. Lol
Just the government
“See ya Nas”’
“Bye Jay-Z”
That had me crying lol
I lost it when I saw "NAS" hahaha
Exactly! lmao
alls I can think of is Schillinger from Oz
AsapNicky Bars Heck yeah. lol
Nappy Boy When all three of these guys auditioned for the roles of Jay Z, Kanye & NAS - I saw the extreme similarities too... LOL! 😂🤣
Word I died
jason sudeikis as kanye is beyond perfect
I would mistake him on the street
@@alexdawe-le4vj dopplegangers
That joke about how Kanye’s brain works has aged like a fine wine. 👌
Should we tell him guys?
@@davey70dave I think we should. It’s time.
overdue@@mikequinlivan8842
Pharoah's impression of Jay Z keeps amazing me. At this point, I can't really hear the difference at all between them.
Also great sketch :)
"Hi, hello, can I talk, please?" xD
Almost three years later and still one of the most underrated segments in recent years
"Kanye, look at me. Your brain works like no one's I've ever met."
3:17 nobodys talkin about how perfect is this "Jay Z voice"??
Jay Pharoah nailed so many impressions. This was such a quick one, but so perfect.
@@josh0g Still don't know why he isn't still on the show. He's awesome!
@@stivaro wtf he left???
Cause Jay Pharoah has done his Jay-Z impression countless times on the show. Everyone already knows it's perfect.
@@Oj12323 He was fired. He hasn't been on the show in a few years.
I could watch a full 2 hour documentary of this
Oh absolutely lmfao
"What are we doing eating these huge salads?"😂
Let's go practice rapping!
Getting ready to become a Kardashian
if the people who made Gods of Egypt made the Jay-Z story
+88steez Yes, I wonder? Good one!
thats why I will always gonna dislike American movies. thats why I prefer just the comedy movies.
the first time I saw that movie trailer, I know I not gonna watch it.
Good one
Ancient Egyptians were not black.
I don't know how many times I've watched it. Mike O'brien is a brilliant comedian. From last years of SNL years I remember keep getting back to few sketches: Grow a guy, Monster Pals, and this one (the Champ is his?), all of his ideas and weirdness. Such a talent. Him and Kyle Mooney have similar indie vibe.
JK Simmons appearing as NAS actually cracked me up.
cryfest It did!? Actually!?
@@user-ox5kh3fy8g YeAh AcTuaLlY xD
Nice
This was great lmfaoooo.... "P.S. Your beautiful" hahaha and the Kanye part with Jason was CLASSIC!!! "I wanna be a rapper, like you..... Hoooollly Guacamole" hahahahahahaha
Those lines are is so innocent and cute.
Only problem was that he was dress as 2010 Kanye, he should have been wear a polo and a backpack.
Only problem was that he was dress as 2010 Kanye, he should have been wearing a polo and a backpack.
This parody of the music biopic (oh look, the moment Jay Z met Kanye, oh it’s the moment he decided to call himself Jay Z) is actually more subtle and scarily accurate than it would have you believe
I read this like OneyPlays dialogue lmfao
"OH GREAT, NAS"
HAHAHAHA OH FUCK THAT WAS FUNNY
I've come back to this video countless times and it's always hilarious
I lost it at Nas
I just lost it when the damn video started. Thats clearly not Jay Z.
Your so cute
"None of my problems involve the ladies" got me.
Hilarious!
Dave Chappelle made a joke about this topic as well.
The Mexican starring Brad Pitt, The Last Samurai starring Tom Cruise and coming up next:
The Last Black Man starring Tom Hanks!
The mexican was a gun, not a person. Also, there are white mexicans
the last ninja* on earth starring tom hanks...
That wasn't Dave Chappelle, that was Paul Mooney.
The last samurai is the bumbest argument that won't go away. The plural for samurai is samurai. The last samurai is the story about the people, not tom cruise as a samurai.
Maybe you should do a little research into the last samurai as it's supposed to be about a white soldier and the last of the samurai, just like last of the Mohicans...
We need to crowdfund this movie
This would be a perfect depiction of hollywood casting...if they had used a white blonde woman as Beyonce
+Ramonerdna yeah i dont know why they didn't. they tried make her look like beyonce too with the hair blowing and stuff...it didn't fit with the rest of the skit.
It fit in the random silliness.
right but part of the joke was that the people playing these rappers are white and look nothing like the people they are portraying, but if someone was actually going to play beyonce on the show she would be it, well now that maya rudolph is gone
lol yeah
facts Maya Rudolph
Jason sudeikis!!!!!
Looked so attractive!
This was hilarious! Mike O'Brien should do more skits! Also bring back Seven Minutes of Heaven.
They fired him from the cast. He's just writer now. Def a better cast member than kyle Mooney or any of the girls except for Kate McKinnon. Bad decisions IMO.
mikecantreed He was a writer before they added him to the cast, and he should stay a writer. He can be funny in these recorded videos, but as a regular cast member he sucked.
bigdc202 Like Al Franken back in the day.
A white Jay-Z and a more black Beyonce xd
More black? Dark skinned is the accurate description.
C H she is more black, there is no “accurate description” of describing somebody with a darker skin tone
@@aubreygraham5821 they were supposed to say "darker". beyoncé is just as black as the actress when it comes to the actual race
jesus christ people black is a color, ofc gramatically "more black" isnt the best way to say it, but its still correct...as soon as someone whos not white is beign talked about you cant even make a perfectly reasonable comment...
As old as this skit is it is definitely one of the best ones ever made. The part with Beyonce hilarious. Kanye should come back to watch this he needs something to make him laugh.
I actually lost it when Jason came on as Kanye my fav former snl member playing my fav rapper. Great sketch
"Kanye, your brain works like no one's I've ever met" XD
Jay Z meets his Destiny.
Iann Green yes!
...'s child.

Next production by Mike O'Brien: The Eminem Files (rated G). Ordered by Lifetime.
With Leslie Jones as Eminem?
Steve27775 Maddie Ziegler as Eminem. And Queen Latifa as Dr. Dre...
LOL. The Mike Tyson story with Pete Davidson as Mike Tyson.
Sharell J Oh yes, and it will feature a wet willy at some point very prominently.. xD
No eminem or white wannabe rappers. Totally bad idea.
Eminem is racist.
"i mean youre my best friend but that sounded really weird" lmao
Can we please get the Kanye story with Jason?!! Like please?!
One of the best SNL sketches, without question
He looks like Mike Myers.
Falo lol
Yah Baby!
a brother from another suburb
I was gonna say this in an another comment
That comedian or the killer
Jason Sudeikis is seriously hot in this skit.
Jay Pharoah nailed it as always
I think this is poking fun at that Aaliyah biopic and whitewashing in general in hollywood
OMG HAPPY YOU SAID THAT because I...had nothing....this was awful and super cringe mcCringe, Sir Cringe Alot bad...and I usually enjoy SNL skits, even the bad ones...but this one and the grocery rap was just too much spoofy bad hip hop in one night...appreciate your perspective. Sincereeeeely!✌🏿😄✌🏿
lol guess the people making the Nina Simone Biopic got their inspiration from this
Igloo Australia NEEDS to watch this.
Hater
***** Because she's racist and needs to understand how ridiculous she is. Her music is mediocre but she would be more popular if she stopped misappropriating black culture.
Did you seriously just call him a hater for telling to watch this video?
***** I'm sorry, should I not speak English?
Chris McDonald Thanks for the support, but I'm a girl- Ellys is a unisex name.
i died when i heard NAS lmaooo
lost it at Kanye! LMAO
Lost it at Nas. Lmfao
Even tho it’s a parody sketch. Nas was sitting quite in his corner and Jay Z came for him. Not the other way round.
Actually, Memphis Bleek came for Nas and Nas clapped back. After a while Jay-Z got involved, then he got Ethered.
@@GrundZrPr Actually Nas came for Bleek first lol. Bleek was on vacation celebrating his single success when he heard they were clowning him back at NY. When he started getting ready to clap back Hov told him to sit this one out and he took over. The rest is history.
“Let’s go practice rapping!”🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Let's go practice rapping" 😂😂😂
Kanye is so sweet in this my heart melts
טוב לראות פה ישראלים
this like the only snl sketch in recent decades i've been able to laugh at lol "ahh rapping to a guy like me its top notch"
Cocaine?! cocaine for sale!
3:16 i hoped they'd refer at the black guy as "Vanilla Ice" 😂😂
Weird thing, this would win an Oscar. Get it!
They're making fun of lifetime biopics lol this was genius!!!😁😁😁😁
Melody Love or like when Egyptian people are played by Gerard Butler and Christian Bale #whitewashing
"Let's go practice rapping", gets me all the time. LMFAO.
2:45 basically how it went down.
“Oh, great. Nas.” 🤣
Nas and Jay-Z had a better fight than Pacquaio and Mayweather.
lol, this has more views than the truel Jay Z's biographies on youtube.
This is awesome! More from Mike please!!
Bro i seriously thought Jay-Z was black this entire time
Haha reminds me of the movie they made about Biggie lol
Lol right
100% accurate
"that crossed a line & you know it" - lol
"Ahh rapping.... To a rapper like me? It's top notch"
Basically the last samurai, last of the Mohicans, and many more
The dead fish handshake lol
Hahaha...im done 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😂😂😂😂😂
They're doing this for real to Michael Jackson tho.
...probably because Jackson literally turned himself white.
Your mom
why is this so hilarious lollll
"Let's go practice rapping" lol!
This is one of the best things to come from snl, why does it only have 2M views!?
This sketch gotta be top 20 all time on SNL
I don't get why they booted this guy off the cast of SNL? This skit was hilarious
OrentholJames lol he had it coming
Apparently he had decided to stick to writing and kept writing for like two more seasons on the show
@@themysteriousretrogamer9655 what happened to him?
"Kanye, where do you see yourself in five years."
H'oboy!
I can''t stop watching this help
“ I hate when the police pull me over, they’re a nonstop nuisance to your homeboy Hova” 😂😭
This was a tight bit from beginning to end. I lost it when Nas showed up. :)
2:37
Wow i'm glad i clicked play, i never knew Jay-z' story and that of Kanie's...i'm learning so much..!!
This is the best thing I’ve ever seen. Esp 1:55 lololol DEAD.
"Holy Guacamole"
I now understand why people get so upset when the film industry “gets it wrong”. This is another skit when I saw the title and three seconds in I was like “where’s Jay Pharoah” and then I was like “oh, okay”. They’re doing a good job at replacing the guy you’d expect with the guy you wouldn’t expect and then giving the expected guy three jokes. Classic SNL
This is one of the funniest sketches ever. So underrated
Now the rest of America knows how Asians feel when characters of Asian descent constantly get replaced by white actors on the silver screen
Lifetime be like Nailed it!! 😂😂😂
Finally a good, nice skit since VEEERY long time. :')
Mike is great!
Nas 😂
This had me dying!! 😂
Nas owns Jay-Z even in parody sketches.
watchitmelt
look at the score board FOOL
Damn watchitmelt! David Williams owns you even in comment sections..... Nas is my favorite rapper btw..
Joel Benitez
Nas a legend but facts are facts
@@davidwilliams8822
the scoreboard of which sellout got the most corporate promotion? yeah jay z is the winneer
1:53 "none of my problems involve the ladies"
Thank you this clears up so much for me.
Lol that Jay impression
JASON SUDEIKIS!
When Jay started rapping like the real Jay
Sudeikis as kanye killed me. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’ve seen this so many times. Just love it
umm why was scarlett johansson not beyonce? 0/10
