Ah I remember those demo's well :) Looks like the keyboard input lag issue that BlueMSX has have been addressed in these changes and of course being able to load things from disc is awesome as well. Thanks to all that contributed in getting this working.
Tony, are you interested to contribute to SVI support in openMSX? We can use some help before it's usable enough to be merged back into the openMSX main code. Also, it would be good to have a maintainer for it (someone who at least knows the system well).
It sounds like a good idea, just expect that I can be a little inconsistent, as with four kids I don't know when I actually have time to do things :) But yes I would be interesting in having a go at the branch and seeing if I could get it tidied up so it can be merged back into the main branch. It already looks like it is working better than the BlueMSX emulation of the SVI.
We're all adults, so this counts for many people, including myself... Best is to join us on IRC ( #openMSX on FreeNode.net). But that may be incompatible with your time zone :) Send me a mail!
