The goraks and the star flowers were great ways to train herblore a long along time ago because herbs were hard to come by. I think herblore didn't get easy until they released the farming skill. I also remember that gold mining area had a quest where you fight something in the middle of that Zaros shaped symbol. Can't remember anymore. All I know is it was a great place to mine gold mining, crafting and smithing xp because that area is close to that dwarf multiplayer furnace that gives double smithing xp.

as a little tip to anyone who is interested: if you range the tree spirits at a safe spot, it's a great way to get nature runes on an iron man. I farmed a few hundred in an hour. really useful for superheat - > alch !!

Goraks are great for iron man who are looking for dragon sq halfs and dragon spears, since they gain access to the gem table and rare drop table so often. Got a sq half there in no time.

In the mine, the floating rocks are cannon balls fired in by the dwarf outside. The inside circle with blue fires is where the boss of the quest is

All those fairy ring ones are for the fairy tale quest. The magic essence potion is used in the quest to heal the queen

You can't enter the middle of the "blue fire" at 7:45 because there is no middle. Each blue fire is on 1 square.
