    I liked when King had more realistic body proportions and he didn't look like a Frankenstein's monster on steroids.

      Even Kazuya looks like that now, every single shirtless character is on steroids, but there's nothing we can do. Harada has gone nuts. Safe to assume Tekken ended with Tekken 5.

    Man, the dynamic camera make the backgroudn stages look so horrible, lol. Wish this could have done in the arcade version where the stages were real 3D. Great demonstration, though, I loved it.

      Have to beat the game with diferent charachters. Plus beat Tekken Force 3 times to unlock Dr. Bosconovitch... and just don't unlock Gon, please xD.

    OK so I was watching Duckstation guides & there was this one guide which was talking about overclocking. Do you think it is possible to overclock the emulator so that the game freeze doesn't happen whenever rounds are loading during Mokujin gameplay? The visual pause doesn't bother me, but the audio pause irk me. I mean, the ROM shared for online play has got 3 rounds unlocked which reverts back to this setting every time Duckstation is closed. There's also mods for costumes. If these changes can be done, wouldn't it be possible to avoid the Mokujin freeze between rounds? I mean I understand Namco doing a phenomenal job porting the game to console but still ... Also, would it be possible to get frame data, frame counter & hitbox viewer for Tekken 3? It makes me wish so much since Fightcade communities have done it for their games. Maybe technology isn't there or there aren't that much dedicated fans for Tekken 3 with reverse engineering knowledge. I would love to have a robust practice mode with combo trials and such. Also, how do you reach the walls in Tekken 3? I want to perform those basketball combos. Sorry, so many questions, but I couldn't help. You've done great work. Thanks! Looking forward to more ...

      -I never considered that Duckstation could eliminate Mokujin freezes, but now when you say it, it seems feasible. I never looked into it, wouldn't know. Worth noting that mods for costumes would be treated as entirely different roms, thus online play would demand both players have the same ISO to connect.
      -It is possible to brute force frame data, at the very least by meticulous effort. There has been some sort of effort about that in Honmaru's discord server, not sure how far they've gotten. I imagine frame counter and perhaps hitbox viewer would be possible with some sort of TAS software, never looked into it much.
      -Walls in Tekken 3 are only a practice mode glitch. There is no direct way to do it, but usually when you spend a lot of time in practice mode and I assume do a lot of hits, an invisible wall pops on a seemingly random spot in the arena and stays until you reset the game mode. There are very many GameShark cheat codes around, maybe one of them creates wall, some of them are harder to dig than others. Duckstation has a decent set of default cheats available in the menu.
      -Sorry, I don't expect to be making new Tekken content as I ran out of things to show, out of enemies to defeat. Make sure to take a look at my youtube shorts too, some of them are informative :d

It really pisses me now that people show practice mode basketball combos as Tekken 3 being broken & how later Tekkens are balanced. Thanks for clarifying the practice mode exclusive feature. IMHO, Tekken 3 is arguably the most balanced fighting game of the 90s. As for the King video, I was thinking, what exactly is the input for King's wavedash? And what are the advantages for the King player who's mastered it? Tekken Zaibatsu is dead, but I remember there being a King wavedash guide. It said that the wavedash input is 6323 in numerical notation, kinda like how people do DPs in Street Fighter. The whole skip neutral after first forward and then crouch dash seems way inhuman.

      ​@@sneharashmi7553I consider King's wavedash to be a TAS territory and not practical for a real match. But I've been proven wrong about such things before. Personally, I don't like mechanics that are overly challenging for a human, even when it comes to electrics, the main staple of tekken, the philosophy behind it irks me. So I happily ignore existence of King's wavedash and filter it out of my competitive conscience. Sorry if that's not helpful. Not to mention, wavedash is good for hiding your mixup. But it's not like King has a fast strong low, so King doesn't benefit from wavedash anyway.​
