Another tip for when you’re on your period and you wear pads, put the pad on your underwear before you get in the shower so when you get out and you can pat dry your area real fast and put the underwear on.
I JUST bought that same notebook from walmart to start writing in to manifest things and journaling for my mental health! And after hearing you talking about writing allll the time this is DEFINITELY a sign to continue! ❤️📔🖊
What I do with the pad is before the shower, I just go ahead and put it straight to the underwear, I also set a small paper towel on top of my clothes so when i turn off the shower, i put the paper towel "there" to stop any drips from getting on the floor while I dry off, flush the paper towel then just put the underwear on.

Example: I can’t watch certain tv shows anymore. It’s not that they are super bad and evil, it’s the effect they cause on ME. they make ME have evil thoughts and I don’t like that, it’s disturbing. So I had to let it go even though sometimes I want to watch it. I have to be strong because I know it’s not good for ME. You might watch it and it doesn’t affect you, but like I said, we are all going through different stuff and we have diff experiences. God bless you all. It's funny you said that last month I did a month away from tiktoc Facebook snapshot etc It was becoming to addicting and after a month I got a new phone now I only have TH-cam on my phone only no other social media's and I tell you no lie I don't miss it at all I felt like 50% better but the other 50 I know I got to get back into my word with God again cause I was loss I was addicted to social media I became depressed and emotional for no reason again and if the enemy can't get you one wY he gets u another now done with social media he was attacking thru family I been having bad family drama on my mom side about my future and etc. And it was been hard lately....

Honey is great for the skin, cinnamon can be very irritating to the skin for most people in the long run. Also, lemon juice is photosensitive, which means it can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Which can lead to really bad sunburns and skin damage. I learned this the hard way.
