- This video shows how to derive the voltage gain of a common drain circuit using the small signal model. I show a step by step and some simplification that make derivation more easier to derive. Raunag Sawhney, That is a good catch. My compliment to you in spotting the error. There should be a RT in the numerator as well.

Sir, you forgot to write RT=(R1|| R2) in the numerator of first simplified equation.
