ഒരു സംശയം നമ്മൾ ഒരു റെസ്റ്റോറന്റിൽ പോയി 100 രൂപക്ക് ഫുഡ് കഴിച്ചാൽ നോർമൽ ആയി അവർ നമ്മളിൽ നിന്നും 18 രൂപ gst വാങ്ങും അത് അവർക് gst ഫയൽ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഗോവന്റ്‌മെന്റിനു അടക്കം പക്ഷെ ഈ പറഞ്ഞ കോമ്പോസിഷൻ taxpayer ആണെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കു കസ്റ്റമീരിൽ നിന്നും gst ഒന്നും വാങ്ങാൻ പറ്റില്ലല്ലോ അപ്പൊ അവർ ക്വാട്ടർലി ഫയൽ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഈ 5% gst അവർ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും അടക്കേണ്ടി വരില്ലേ അപ്പോൾ അത് ഒരു ബിസിനസ് കാരനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചു നഷ്ടം അല്ലെ ,? ഇത് ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞുതരുമോ

The simple funda of composition levy under gst is to reduce taxpayer compliances
Up to a certain turnover level
Reduced compliance also a advantage to composition taxpayer compared to regular taxpayers
A composition taxpayer should pay certain sum percentage of their quarterly turnover it doesn’t matter that thay maid profits in the quarter or not
Consult your business with tax professionals before taking gst registration
