Nowadays, it is difficult to get a job as a nurse in government hospitals (DHB) in New Zealand since vacancies are almost filled. The vacancies in the carehomes will also be filled in a few months. After New Zealand opened its borders, a very large number of nurses came, and for a single vacancy, hundreds of applicants were there. So as of now, the circumstances have changed; finding a job and accommodation is a little bit difficult. This is a sad reality that the agencies will not tell you.

Yes if you have more than 10 years of experience you can work as RN with some conditions nznc will decide this .otherwise you can work as enrolled nurse . Some agencies are doing this.
