- In this video, I have explained all the recent changes that happened in the New Zealand Nursing Council. There are some major changes to becoming a registered nurse in New Zealand. New Zealand has removed a CAP program for the nurses, which has been replaced by CBT and OSCE, the same as the UK.
In this video, I have also calculated the amount of becoming a registered nurse in both places ( New Zealand 🇳🇿 and the UK 🇬🇧)
At the end of this video, you will be able to decide whether you should move as a registered nurse in New Zealand or the UK.
Here I have also discussed, if you are a registered nurse in the UK, then you will have to take any test in New Zealand or not ?

I am UK registered Nurse and I got invitation to appear for IQN theory and OSCE exam in the New Zealand because of my GNM qualification, candidate with BSc degree doesn't have to do IQN theory and OSCE exam. From 1st July 2024 New Zealand council does not give registration to GNM nurse they will receive status as enrolled nurse. Hope this helps
