I'm a hairstylist and one of my lovely clients told me that when she gets the winter blue's, what she does on a sunny day when she's home is she opens the curtains in her living room (she lives in the country) she strips down to her bra and panties and lies on the floor in the sun and relaxes and absorbs the vitamin D from the sun. Just a little suggestion for people. She says she feels much better afterwards! 💖💖💖💖 Seeing Mr Wilbur's little face brings me such joy!!!! 💖💖💖🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
