I think because everything was animated by hand. I don't think they used motion capture back in the day

Basically hardware and software limitations- especially with such slow computers, working with such complex models is hard- as you cannot playback motion in real time, so you have to guess how long each action should take
@Mee Omi That too is another issue, but you can at least have the motion in real time opposed to slow motion, just at a lower framerate, making the playback lool raunchy/choppy

I'm glad somebody else noticed that Easter egg in Lei's ending. It also reads Namco on that poster. As both video games are created by company Namco.

In Lee's ending you can see Pac Man on a billboard. He's the Namco mascot. His video game franchise is also created by Namco.

11:10 Yoshimitsu is carrying Doctor B.
I surprised me to see Doctor B. appear in Yoshimitsu's ending although he's unplayable in this second tournament.
I think becouse Yoshimitsu saves Doctor B. in this one, that is the reason why theire stories are connected in Tekken3, 4 and 5.

Jack 2’s ending is so weird
Hopefully someday we'll get the backstory and the fate revealed about Nina's and Anna's mother.
It would be nice to get more backstory for all Tekken characters

Is there actually a point to tekken though? None of their cut scenes make much sense. The characters die in them then they appear in sequels
The only ending that is canon is the 'main character' ending, in tekken 1 it's kazuya, thus why he's the villain in 2. in tekken 2 it's heihachi, thus why he dumps him into the volcano. in tekken 3 it's kazayua's son Jin. It's usually the mishima family tree in just about all the games and all the other characters are along for the ride, it seems

some of the other Endings are still Canon to the story because yoshimitsu ending in Tekken 1 is Canon he just didn't get the money by winning tournament
Some of the endings show them training like Lee in Tekken 2 & 3 And Paul Phoenix in Tekken 1 and Kumar in Tekken 2 these Endings most likely take place before the game/tournament there are so many more Like These
The Williams sisters pulling pranks on each other And arguing are most likely Canon as well
and Armour King ending in Tekken 2 is Canon because he's dying of an illness also king II Endings in Tekken 4 5 6 Are Canon
and some of the Endings Are semi Canon
If doesn't heavily involve them Winning The king of the iron Fist Tournament because Christine ending in Tekken 4 she wins the tournament which she didn't because as We Know Kazuya wins the king of the iron Fist tournament 4 And going on to fight his son Jin and lose

Heihachi won the Tekken 4 tournament but the cinematic who are canon after this is the cinematic of Kazuya and the cinematic of Jin after this (yeah sometimes is a pain)
And even in Tag 2 some are canon like Steve and Leo

Might be, as it seems that Wang does not know that Jinpachi is inprisoned by Heihachi at this point and believes that his friend has died. But we can only think that by knowing the storyline of Tekken5, when in fact by the time Tekken2 was made I don't think that developers had the storyline written.
Well, apparently in T2 on Heihachi there is kazumi and heihachi carved on the floor. Since kazumi was introduced in T7, it may be so. Also in t5 u can play t2 so maybe that’s a relation. Idk tho

A apresentação do Tekken II é muito melhor que a de Tekken III, não só isso como também os finais de cada personagem, as músicas, quase tudo no Tekken II é melhor que o seu sucessor imediato, exceto na jogabilidade e nos gráficos porque aí, realmente...Tekken III representou um avanço nesses dois quesitos.

Tekken 2 is the most forgettable ps1 tekken in my opinion. Maybe i only feel that way because i only owned 1 & 3 and had to borrow 2 once or twice but i feel its story was poorly done compared to 1 & 3
