I was there and saw the whole show. We all know you have it in you to be one of the best! I personally really appreciated getting your autograph after the race and that you were so nice even under the frustrating circumstances! Keep being positive and know good things are just around the corner!
Still on target. To run at this level, with this operation, that is a huge accomplishment, bigger than any single victory. Keep adding fans and landing support. You are a great representative for the sport and any backers standing behind you, that's way more important than anything else.
I really enjoy your content, been watching since I found your show. I really like when you show lap count and your passion on the track. I feel for Carley, she is a real competitor. Keep up all the good luck.
Would’ve could’ve should’ve tour continues. we all agree that Carly makes an excellent car chief. But Holmes racing needs a crew chief. You do not have the extensive notebook you need to Race at some of these tracks. We know your sponsors are 100% behind you, keep your head up stop beating yourself up on the mistakes that you make, and make your Race craft better keep pushing.
I do think Tanner is a good driver, but you are very correct. They need a crew chief with experience. Family is great and is a big help, but no one with the 18t that I’m aware of has much experience setting up an Outlaw Sprint car. It would let Tanner focus more on driving as well.
does someone on your crew work on shocks or do you just bolt on a set and hope for the best, its best to have someone on your crew that is a shock guy or girl. so you can try allot of changes. i biult shocks fo offroad racing fo 35 years they are where speed comes from. hope you get allot of testing done this week.
The track was the same for everyone. The lack of an experianced crew chief to set the car up really shows on nights like that. At least you're learning something. Keep going to these places you haven't been. It's the school of hard knocks. You can do this Tanner, it's just going to take awhile while you're learning.
Just my opinion, but don't over think everything! Go out and tell yourself the rest of the field is going to be chasing you ! You know a Bear is chasing you and you have to be a head of the guy in front of you ! You are a heck of a wheel man, just do it ! Keep slinging Dirt ! GOD BLESS !!!
Just calm the nerves down son. And someone mentioned don't overthink it. I have to agree. You've got the pace and you can wheel a 410. Calm down and just let the muscle memory take over. And don think about the cars in front possibly balling it up. Gotta go for it. Scared money doesn't win brother! Get after it
Well Tanner as tough as that night was in terms of just not a good enough set up for that track on your back up chassis at least you can kinda say that you now have a base line for that car. Looks like there is tons of room for improvement with that chassis. I bet it's tougher than woodpecker lips to not only have a whole brand of chassis to race but y'all are going to tracks that you haven't seen in person too. We all just have to keep a positive outlook about things and keep telling ourselves that y'all are only going to get better. I once was told by a P.E. coach that the best way to get better at handball back in my highschool days was to go play with the best. It's almost as if their skills will rub off on you. So in yalls situation running with the High Limit guys and the World of Outlaws while you guys are out there will only help make y'all better that much quicker. Thank you Tanner for sharing this video with us. May y'all have a good one. Have fun take care
Racing traveling series against the best in the country results in a lot of frustration when you are used to being competitive locally. So many missed A mains means laps lost and experience lost for you and the entire team. It's a catch 22. Racing is hard. Make the most of it.
Tanner, I know you had a rough start to the year, but it will turn around soon and by getting win. I still think you get your first 410 win this year. Right now early season rough stretch with wrecked parts and weather cancellations can be frustrating. But you def handle everything very well and never giving up, which will help you to build up for a future national tour run down the road.
So I've never noticed this before but why don't the front wheels match the steering wheel? The wheels have a lot more movement than the wheel like something's broken. What am I missing and why'd it take me so long to notice?
Mate, I reckon you have reached a stage where you REALLY need an experienced crew chief. You're running with the big boys now! Don't be so hard on yourself, just look at Rico Abrue....... he is struggling this years as well!
I don't know what you did coming off two in that restart where you moved up to 6th for a second, but after that you settled in nicely. That one bobble really ruined your night though. That's racing.
Rocks I hate rocks. GoPros and rocks definitely don’t like each other. I’m in the process of designing a protective case with a tear off system. I’m sick of dirt buildup ruining the shot and cracking lenses destroying my GoPros. Wanna collaborate?..lol
Being a self critic works until you over do it, seems you ran high tonight with maybe incorrect ratio, but thats racing. Good to see Carli not hobbling quite as much.
The steering looks so fake. Looks like he barely saws at the wheel and the front is just twitching from 1 side to the other. Anyone want to explain a sprint car steering rack haha? The ratio just that big?

A streak of racing bad luck Tanner. Keep moving forward.

It’s a whole new game traveling place to place. Keep good notes. You’re doing great.
You can never let your team down stuff breaks all the time it is a part of racing you did your best keep up the good work Tanner.
Love the videos tanner.
❤
Hi from Australia.
I really enjoy your content, been watching since I found your show. I really like when you show lap count and your passion on the track. I feel for Carley, she is a real competitor. Keep up all the good luck.
Hi Tanner. Don't be so hard on yourself. It's a long season. You'll have your share of success for sure.🏁
Great effort, love to see you still grinding it out, adding tracks and building a book.

I hope this helps a little bit!!! 😎cool dude with the golden shoe 🏆🏁💯

I was there too! Rooting you on from the stands!!! And I let everyone around me know that a future legend was on the track!!
I`m very proud of you, it`s great that you let everyone watch your dream. so liven the dream

They really need an experienced crew chief, thats just a fact.
Its not even that big an expense all things considered.

Go getter done Tanner you can handle it let's get it on 🏁🏁🏁🏁
You should take a step back and find another series other than HL or WOO to build your confidence.
Some good runs with NARC seems like a good place to start.
Theyre close to Oregon, and lots of good racers, like Corey Day, have come out of NARC.
@@mjriemen That would make sense. Or base in Fremont, Ohio and run the Attica/Fremont weekly series.
Tanner has ran narc for the past few years with some success and he has changed chassis this year so that's the biggest hurdle this season for THR.
@@JoshuaFieldsWCSC Wonder if he would be better with 360s?
He's only going to get better racing with these top guys.

great video buddy keep up the good work
Crazy that you got pelted so hard with rocks! It seems like they’d till those out.
TANNER YOUR THE BEST
Regroup and try again 👍 you got this !
Tanner, TANNER, Tanner?????????? Everyone else is racing the same track!!!!!!!
Tough night look forward to see your work payoff positive vibes y’all stay safe

Tanner Hang ing there / forrward is the light Keepp going
I think you are a great racer keep it up‼️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️
hey did you get that other frame shipped off yet?????????????
How do u stop ur go pro from shaking? All my footage is so shaky when I rewatch it
Also, are all 410 sprintcar engines essentially the same? Would the top teams have access to more powerful engines than you?
Mate, I reckon you have reached a stage where you REALLY need an experienced crew chief. You're running with the big boys now! Don't be so hard on yourself, just look at Rico Abrue....... he is struggling this years as well!
Tough to go forward on a gripped up track, hang in there.
Man you can’t get a break!
I hope you & the team can figure everything out. 🤞
2nd quali lap would have made a huge difference. Looked okay in the B. Keep digging.
I don't know what you did coming off two in that restart where you moved up to 6th for a second, but after that you settled in nicely. That one bobble really ruined your night though.
That's racing.
You need to become a shock star to win. $$$$$$$
Keep your chin up man you will do better. Clay from mobile Alabama
That dirt is so wierd it eats tires even when it's wet
Lock the left rear shock down
Please let me know if you receive these……k:)

Welcome to racing. You do your best but you don't always win. Tomorrow's another day.
I had a rock hit my knuckles, almost put me out. Came from the side, not thru the screen. You never know what your up against.
Being a self critic works until you over do it, seems you ran high tonight with maybe incorrect ratio, but thats racing. Good to see Carli not hobbling quite as much.
This Video is two wrecks behind .
👍🏻
Hi

That car isn't happy
Finding the happy place can be rough sometimes.. keep taking green flags.. you all will work it out
Get with the flow.... ffs
I'm not impressed with that track at all. It's no wonder they don't run sprint cars that often.
you was trying to race a sprint car in a mud bog track man be safe
When will the other car be fixed and back in the trailer with you? Never give up!! WillyB
If you drove as good as you make excuses, you'd be damn near unbeatable.
