Thanks a lot for this video, I was setting up a system using one of Supermicro's old X9 motherboards (That was early days for UEFI with plenty of firmware bugs) and using the UEFI path you showed, which is intended for removable media but has become a de facto fallback path, was a reliable way of getting my system to boot.
