No he probably takes a part all the wiring and plastic to send car to junkyard. There is no way you could save that. The car is done. Only thing that he could save is the engine 😂
Car body parts are not salvage--able (?) in any way! The rust has destroyed the material completely. Gear boxes, compressors, engines etc can be restored and reused as spares. And some more stuff. Or yea, if he does go through till the end, he'll have to literally build a car from scratch. Which I'm guessing is insane expensive?

Вот смотришь их ролики, все ясно и понятно. Мастер тихо и молча делает свое дело! А посмотришь какой нибудь российский ролик о реставрации трёхколёсного детского велосипеда о боже там он только одну гайку отвинтил и сразу пошла нескончаемая болтовня! Вот ребята ! Я наконец то отвинтил 1 Гайку, я долго думал над этим отвинтить или нет? Вчера дождь шел ночью а я лежал в постели и думал над этим, если я отвинчу одну гайку, то надо будет отвинтить и вторую гайку и третью тоже! После этого сон вообще пропал. После этого я встал пошел к холодильнику достал пиво Невское. После первого глотка пива я подумал " как же сложно чинить трёхколёсный велосипед"

Amazing to see the strip down, get to see what is hidden behind the cosmetics. But is so very badly rusted indeed. The RR plate on the front is normally seen on RR buildings and dealerships.
