Recon of Trails at Christmount in Black Mountain, NC | Part 1

Christmount is private land in the Black Mountain Region of North Carolina. The area was hit hard by Hurricane Helene. I decided to hike the trails in the mountains on this property to give recon info to the director of Christmount and yall. This is the first part

Wow, I live nearby and had no idea Christmount had hiking trails - I'll have to check those out sometime. Looks like fun. Btw, you might be interested in Dominic Taverniti's channel - he's posted a lot of footage of the Black Mountain/Swannanoa/Old Fort area including drone footage that shows the most heavily damaged areas and the cleanup and repair efforts. The GeoModels channel is interesting too, and explains the geology and science of what happened during Helene and also includes footage, both drone and on foot.
