Sir, you should've used Tripura as an example, the influx of Bangladeshis in Tripura has led to the local Indigenous population becoming minorities in their own land!

The tribal people came from Burma.
As far as data suggests the population bengali community in so called tripura kingdom in 1947 was around 50%. Now its 65%. 15 % increase. One of the major reason behind that is probably bengalis has higher per capita income which has led to higher fertility rate. Though there is no denying of the fact that bengali influx has occurred. But saying their "influx" is the reason for tribal becoming minorities, is completely a false statement. 6th schedule area of adc is a highly incompetent body. Rampant corruption, funds mismanagement, no proper developmental roadmap, scarcity of brilliant minds to do plannings, is one of the driving force of tribal suffering. 6th schedule are in the state is around 70%, where non tribals can not buy lands, hence opening businesses is quite a hardship. No investment, no job, hence no development. Being a non tribal non bengali guy from mainland i understand the pain of tribals who everyday watch their fellow bengalis, how they are developing and how tribals are not. Which is the main reason for antibengali sentiments.
@@watanabe00738No direct fund no development. If any developmental steps are taken forest will say you can't do that and snatch away by state government. Direct fund and ILP in the TTAADC is needed to protect Indeginous tribes.

Before independent we the indigenous population were present and we also fought against Britishers. During NEFT and NEFA, NEFA students union (now AAPSU) was there. Before temporarily settling those refugees in our lands we were alive and the land was not barren.
Now come to the point:
1. whether these Chakma & Hajongs are citizen of Indian by birth or not is still pending at Supreme court.
2. Chakma & Hajongs are foreigners, therefore their name can't be enrolled in AP Panchayati Raj Act 1997 (as per the Khudiram Chakma case 1996 and 2002)
3. The fundamental right to foreigner is confined to article 21, for life and liberty and doesn't include the right to reside and settle in the country.
4. the right to settle anywhere is not available to the Chakma refugees as per section-3 of the Foreigner Act, 1946, Clause-9 of the Foreigner's order, 1948 and Section-6A of the Citizenship Act, 1955.
THIS POST IS JUST TO NARRATE/HIGHLIGHT OTHER PART OF STORY WHICH OUR SIR MISSED.

I think if the local peoples of Arunachal or Arunachalees are never try to change theirs hatred words and minds about us then it's sure that the nature of law will be bring a way or solution for us to correct them all a day because the nature of laws are never dies and it will be teach or correct them when or as per the perfect times are come. Sad to know that my arunachali people are still awake yet and no one won't raise up on the basis of this issue as you can see it in diyun chakma hajong has been protesting for many days as they contemplate the basic right of the chakma and hajong community according to the amendment act they should already have to their citizen in bangladesh and my humble appeals to Hon'ble chief minister of (A.p)and all reprentatives as well you should take the action strictly whereas their popular has been increasing day by day as per the popular of chakma and hajong of bangladesh might have lesser than from here so my last words for you people is go back to your country
