I discovered you can still get the trophy for collecting all memos in New Game Plus. You can do so by unlocking the safe in Pete's Bowl o' Rama. It is the safe you get the White Claudia in for the Bliss Ending. The code is 1887. You can actually see the code on the bloody note at 20:00 in this video. This is the only difference with collectables between in New Game and New Game Plus. I can confirm it works as I have done it myself. Thank you for the guide.

Yeah I thought why would it matter playing on new game plus but was unfortunately proven wrong.
the book of memories count towards? its only availiable when you finish the game? and you can't play on new game plus?
Yeah On New Game Plus One of The Memos is replaced by a book meaning you could only get 67/68. I found out the hard way so play on a new game.

Yeah I thought it wouldn't matter but was unfortunately wrong and the fact it was in the last area of the game didn't help.
