Given City and Liverpool won 27/40 trophies while being managerless, that speaks volumes for how the match engine views the manager's position...
Now you reverse it, put them both in the other team and repeat the experiment

Meanwhile, in the fifth season in my save, Wrexham is completely stuck in the Conference National (even missing out on the Playoffs twice, one of them in the first season) while Notts County is currently second, 11 points behind my team in League Two.

Perhaps try it again by trapping an elite manager in every non League team and sim 50 years into the future? I haven't tried it yet in FM23(just brought it) but in past FMs people didn't die(at least footballers didn't.). So perhaps we could see if having elite managers would help the Vanarama National League level teams reach the Championship and League 1 or perhaps one reach the Premier League.
Perhaps to add to that, get a 1 to everything manager to every Premier League team.

I think Pep himself has said he wouldn’t do well at low level teams. I think Klopp is far better suited to managing a poorer team.
Inaccurate experiment. Huge variables in the teams you picked. You should simulate them at the same club and see who does better and maybe go through the leagues to see how they do with a decade in each at the same teams.

As a former Green Bank player, im kinda shocked they got mentioned, i say player i was player for under 9s and i was moved from striker to midfielder cause i was too lazy lmao

New to your channel. Kinda wonder what it would be like if these managers were really trapped at that level, with them leaving a team when it gets promoted. Are they so talented as managers they become absolute king makers for every team they touch at that level?
I haven't played this game since FM 2010 can you do this in normal career mode or do you need the in game editor to do experiments?
hi @TomFM. i hope you doing well.. i have a issue, i didnt notice that in installed on pc the console version of fm23, and i want to transfer my save in the normal game to continue. but i can't find anywhere some advising how to make it posible. on web they say it is posible, but no one said how. many thanks, respect and keep it up.
Great video just think putting one on wrexham was unfair. They do great on fm without any big manager.
Ah, my first matter in Newcastle was using this screen to replace the assistant manager back to Eddie Howe, despite our stylistic clash.

I'm new in this channel but u can put 2 non league managers in city and liverpool too!
Some comments have alluded to this, But what would have been better is Trapping Klopp at say Wrexham and simulate for 10 years, then go back and trap Pep at Wrexham as well and simulate him also for 10 years and then check the data and compare both under the same control settings. or as the comment below states from Kiba K, switch them around and run it again for comparison.
Simulate a season then add some world class managers to the teams promoted from the non-playable leagues

Try swapping national league manager to pl teams and 4 top chship managers and 20 pl managers to the 24 national league teams

Yeah it's weird between us Liverpool and City fans, there is real and genuine respect and admiration for each other's managers. Pep is the best manager of the past decade and I think you can argue that Klopp is 2nd, though Simeone, Conte, Mourinho & Zidane can all have an argument put forth for them being 2nd.
People do over praise Klopp though. He DOES get the most out of his players, but the talent HAS to be there in the first place. People talk about our Front 3 but for Liverpool to win Trophies the defensive spine of our time the 'Defensive 3' of Allisson, Van Dijk & Fabinho is arguably the best in the world and without it we go from a Top 4 team in the world to a top 4 team in England. It's a MASSIVE drop off without them and our INSANE high line is only possible because of how good they are.

The most seuccesfull trainer in the Game Fc Porto trainer Sergei Conceiçao.İf one of the top premier league team sign him,that team dominate the league for years . Unai Emery is Alsa equally good.Both are classic 4+4+2 and both direct football.
