Dumb question: how does Oren communicate all his pre-running notes to you while racing? Is he calling out rally-style pace notes the whole time or just flagging major items to you as they come up?
He usually speaks in English and we have a communications through our helmets. Then he tells me everything he has marked during our pre run on race day as we come up on them on the course. A few things he would tell me, “Rock on right, straight over rise, caution double danger” things like that are communicated. I usually won’t say a word the entire race.
