Every year my dad took us. Fishing on Ash Wednesday. If the weather cooperated. We talked about Lent Good Friday, fasting, changing to be a better person like Christ. My dad loves Lent as much as I do. Thanks Dad. And thanks Jesus
🙏♥️♥️🙏
What a noble Dad..wish all of them were like that..blessings!!
I agree. I always look forward to Lent, thought I was the only one!
Sounds fun!
What an awesome father you had.
Im going to be doing it this year. Fasting for 40 days.
I will become a confirmed Catholic on Easter Sunday
'Welcome home' in advance! I hope you have a blessed Lent filling yourself up with Jesus! Hope you have a blessed Easter vigil !!!
Congratulations!
Praise the lord ❤
Yay congrats!
Congratulations!
An Orthodox Christian in Alaska is praying for you, every one, for God to deliver you through a strong Lent and bring you each rejoicing to a glorious Easter Sunday/Pascha.
This is going to be my 1st Lent in my nursing career. We nurses work 12+hrs shifts. We never get breaks, so we live off snacks. This is going to be an exciting challenge for me.
Ask for the Grace to fast, I believe it really does help. God bless you. Make sure you stay hydrated though. God bless you🙏🙏🙏 🥰
God bless & protect you & give you strength to adhere to your Lenten goals.May God bless & protect all nurses, midwives, health care assistants, doctors & surgeons, all carers.❤ & Respect to all who dedicate themselves to helping & healing the sick & those in need.Amen.
Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset during Ramadan with not even water. So it can be done, but I
personally think it terms of blood sugar and hydration so choose other forms of Lenten practices.
May God give you the strength you need 🫶🏽
What country you work in, 12hrs no breaks!
This will be my first lent. Going to keep it simple with fasting and prayer.
Perfect. God bless.
Colossians 1 About Jesus:
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
1 John 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not burdensome.
Rev 22:14
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
THE TEN COMMANDMENTS….
1- THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME
2- THOU SHALT NOT MAKE UNTO THEE ANY GRAVEN IMAGE
3- THOU SHALT NOT TAKE THE NAME OF THY GOD IN VAIN
4- REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY TO KEEP IT HOLY
5- HONOUR THY FATHER AND THY MOTHER
6- THOU SHALT NOT KILL
7- THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT ADULTERY
8- THOU SHALT NOT STEAL
9- THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS AGAINST THY NEIGHBOURS
10- THOU SHALT NOT COVET
Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Hebrews10:26-31- For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God!!..
These few verses unmask deception and reveal idolatry:
The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the works of human hands. They have mouths, but do not speak; they have eyes, but do not see; they have ears, but do not hear, nor is there any breath in their mouths. Those who make them become like them. SO DO ALL WHO TRUST IN THEM. Psalm 135:15-18
Deuteronomy 4:16
that you do not act corruptly and make an idol for yourselves of any form or shape, whether in the likeness of a male or female,
Jeremiah 7:18-19 KJV
The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the ¨queen of heaven¨, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger. Do they provoke me to anger? saith the LORD: do they not provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces?
Mary and saint worship, Mary the mediatrix and queen of heaven? God cleary told us Jesus is the ONLY mediator between God and mankind. Whoever else you use as mediator or pray to is IDOLATRY.
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.
Saints dont intermediate and dont listen to prayers, they are dead people like you and me, made of flesh and they died, Mary also is one of them, she was a normal woman who gave birth to Jesus and she and other people may not be worshipped.
God declared the dead as the following:
Ecclesiastes 9:5-6 For the living know they will die; but the dead do not know anything, nor have they any longer a reward, for their memory is forgotten. 6Indeed their love, their hate and their zeal have already perished, and they will no longer have a share in all that is done under the sun.
If the dead are alive somewhere... then who are the ones Christ will resurrect at his arrival?
*Second commandment (Ex 20:4): Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, ...*
this includes rosary necklaces, Mary and saint statues, Jesus, Mary and saint images, crosses, 'holy relics' and many more items used in worship by most denominations. People bow down before these things, kiss them, pray with them and that is wrong.
Christ is the mediator we pray towards, close the door and pray to him honestly without any items or images, he is the living God and does not share his glory with manmade things.
It is time to return to the old Hebraic faith of Jesus (Yeshua) and do what he did (obey the Fathers commandments and laws). There was no Catholic church or hundreds of denominations each with their own views and opinions back in the days of Jesus and the prophets. Believers had the old testament back then, which is the foundation of all scripture and the key to understand the new testament. Most Cathechism practices like rosary prayers etc are just invented in the 16th century.. first pope existed in 538ad and not in the apostles their days. those things got nothing to do with Jesus, its the traditions and vanities of religious men who went far astray from the Fathers commands.
Matt 7:22
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’…
Berean Standard Bible
Only those who obey Gods commandments will enter the kingdom, there is a large familiar group of people who think they please Jesus but obviously they will be rejected by Him because they denied the commandments.
Many teachings and videos are available on our fb page lessons from Jesus
Children under 8 and over 60's are exempted but can still participate. Fridays and Wednesdays through the year is also a good idea. Blessed Lent everyone🙏💒💜
Children and teens under 18 (not 8!) are not required to fast. However abstention from.meat is required.from age 14.
Not under 8 but under 14
When it mentioned that over 60 need not fast but am 75 and I am fasting for the love of Jesus Christ, because He died for the love me, the conversion of sinners and for the salvation of souls.. Amen
Thank you for posting the video. It’s a good refresher for all Catholics. (BTW, we usually refer to avoiding meat as “abstaining” and reducing food intake or changing our eating style in general as a “fast”). Most people have forgotten that the Church still “recommends” abstaining from meat on every Friday throughout the year.
🔥“Being Catholic” isn’t just for an hour on Sunday mornings. New life begins at baptism and our goal is unity with God Himself. Dorothy Day once said, “If you don’t learn to enjoy God now you never will.”
📖 A few weeks ago I started “Introduction to the Devout Life” by St. Francis de Sales. I HIGHLY recommend it!
Heather, I receive strength from you and your messages. Thank you for your faithfulness. The light of Christ is bright with you, and I am blessed by it.
Our Catholic fasts are so easy! We do 12 - 24 hour fasts regularly (& low carb) - so now we have to figure out how to up our game for Lent, lol! 🙏 ❤
You can add something. You don’t have to necessarily “take something away”. If you add prayers and pray throughout the day, you are sacrificing your own time. That was what I did last lent and I’ve kept it up and it’s changed my life.
@@ArmenChakmakian
"If you add prayers and pray throughout the day, you are sacrificing your own time"
Exactly, too many people focus on the gluttony and lust they are "giving up". The point in fasting is not glorify your own "sacrifice". We need to focus on our prayer and service to God. Fasts should be an excuse to donate the extra* food we are not eating for ~180 days out of the year. ☦
I'm a new Catholic, so this was very helpful. Thank you!

This will be the first lent for me. No sweets or savoury snacks, no social media, declutter the house and pray the rosary everyday. I'm very excited!
I went Vegan in 2020 and found Change The Food Change The World by Paula Sandin a Catholic Perspective and it has brought me so much closer to God by healing my health and emptying out what wasn’t serving me and living a life of kindness and compassion. I’m just reading my Lent book and it compared Lent to a little Camino for 40 days and carry with you only what you absolutely need. So beautiful. Have a blessed Lent and thank you for your content and sharing with us. 🙏🏻
When I was pregnant and nursing, I would only eat super bland foods on fasting days. For example, I’d make plain oatmeal and put nothing in it. It still felt very much like fasting even though I wasn’t restricting portions.
I had never heard about not eating sweets on fast days, although I had actually already decided to do that yesterday. So thanks for the reinforcement!
Vegan/vegetarian Catholic here - since I don't eat meat anyway, on Ash Wednesday and the Fridays of Lent, after a morning cup of green tea, I only drink plain water - no tea, no juice, no flavored water, just water. I feel this is the closest I can get to the feeling that omni people feel when they can't eat meat on Fridays.
Before I went vegan, I'll admit that Lenten Fridays were weird for me because I *love* seafood and I'm not a fan of meat (like chicken, beef, etc) so it was supposed to be this penitental time while I was, like, "Yay, my favorites are all on sale!"
This is my first lent season, thank you for sharing ❤
thank you so much for making this simple to understand. it all seemed so over my head but this I can do. since returning to the Church i have always abstained from meat on Fridays but i just couldn't figure out the fasting :) thank you again!! Have a blessed Lenten season ✝🙏
I was born and raised Catholic and never heard of eating half meals, that's a very helpful tip. We usually starve ourselves until lunch or starve ourselves at night to only eat two meals on Friday. Now I'll use your tip, divide lunch and eat the other half for dinner 🙂 Also eating seafood or eggs would give me pleasure which would defeat the purpose of the Friday fast so I omit those from meals along with meat, snacks, candy/chocolate and added sugar and honey. It's not easy but it humbles me when I think of how weak I am spiritually because I find it hard to do for 24 hrs once a week and Jesus endured fasting for 40 days & nights.
Thank you Heather for your advice. You are a bright light 🕯️ in the darkness of life ❤️🙏❤️
I love your channel ❤ Thank you for your wonderful information. I am not a cradle Catholic, I am an adult Convert, but I love the traditions and observances, they are so beautiful. Lent is a time that I love more than even Christmas, I love Christmas, but Lent is just so beautiful, but I feel I am doing everything wrong when it comes to fasting, and your videos and the internet have made being a Convert so much easier, thank you so much💕
Best Catholic Channel thank you for your advice sister🙏🏻
Thank you. I didn’t realize sweets was a part of the Lenten tradition. As a diabetic, I have to eat but will limit my snacks.
Remember Prayers during your Fasting. Alms giving is encouraged too. The idea is to get closer to God, it’s not a ritual for its own sake. Getting closer to God is the focus and aim in these abstinence from foods and sins, ill will, pridefulness, prejudices, envy and hatred etc so that we’re not as distracted as usual. More spiritual time for God , less time for bodily desires and our senses.
Thank you so much for making this video! We're vegan so we don't eat meat substitutes or more elaborate meals on fast days to make it a sacrifice. I usually make lentil soup or pasta with a simple red sauce.
This is my first Lent and starting RCIA in September. Thank you for the video! It's so hard to actually find instruction on fasting for Lent so having it all in once place is great to go back to :
) x
Thank you Heather for your advice
God Bless you and your family
I fast from Ash Wednesday to Good Friday. Vegetarian, no sweets, limited time to Electric Devices
God bless you abundantly
Great … it’s very very good for mind body and soul…
Whoa. Must be able to walk on water afterwards!
I’m converting from protestantism. Doing my first lent and I'm in for a daily fast (except sundays). No animal products, no alcohol and no coffee. Praying more, going to mass more often than sundays. I'm already feeling great and much closer to god.
Thanks! Straightforward and made it simple to understand 😊
I've given up all flesh and dairy products fast from 6 in the evening to 6 next morning im 80 yrs old love Lent makes me feel good 🙏
I have my full meal at lunch rather than dinner. I only have a mini babel cheese for breakfast. I know sweets are forbidden but I have one of those store bought protein shakes as dinner. I don’t think of that as a sweet or dessert. I’m 66 and want to make sure I get enough nutrition.
That’s great. Especially since it is not an obligation after age 59. I don’t plan to stop at that age either.
Hi there,
New subscriber here! I just wanted to say that I love your Catholic content. I feel so blessed to have found your videos. I am going through a very difficult abd challenging time in my life since the first week of January and your videos have tremendously helped me, especially in the area of prayer and spiritual warfare I just wanted to ask if there is any prayers you deeply go fo/go to such as novenas or any Catholic prayer(s) that help in decision making and overcoming confusion. I just feel so overwhelmed. Again, I look forward to watching more of your videos. God Bless and more succcess on your channel and in life. :)
I am so glad you are here and I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling, I am not sure what you are struggling with but yes I will pray for you! I did this video awhile ago but maybe it will help you. God Bless th-cam.com/video/KYo1FSbS47k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=CjhgJ163L6_nA-ZQ
Thank you Heather! I really appreciate it. Thanks for the link as well. :)
In 1917 the Latin rite really took away the fast. Traditionally all of Lent you fasted, which was 1 small meal a day of only vegetables with oil. No meat, no dairy. Sundays are not fast days, if they were it'd be 46 days of fasting so in Sundays you may eat. All eastern catholic rites still observe the traditional fast. I'm trying to do traditional fast this year.
TRUE , 👍 WHO IS IN GOOD HEALTH CARE , . AMEN 🙏 THANKS GOD ALMIGHTY AND BLESS US ALL 🙏
I think while fasting on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday we can eat two smaller meals that don’t equal a full meal, rather than two smaller meals that equal a full meal. That’s just what I’ve seen online and I think have heard in the past. Helpful video though! May God bless you all and yours! ❤
I thought the 2 smaller meals shouldn't equal one full meal
"When fasting, a person is permitted to eat one full meal, as well as two smaller meals that together are not equal to a full meal."
Yes this is correct!
Exactly. Fast is only eating once upto full, not small/half informations. This video is very missleading
Remember that wi have to make it to where we can fill the hunger that Jesus had on those 40 day he went without eating anything 🙏
@@marinaifollowmyjoy3599 You may want to reread what the Canon law has to say, specifically. This video is correct. One meal, and two smaller meals that should equal the size of the first meal. Technically those two should be smaller than the main meal, but most people eat a lot less anyways on AW and GF, so nobody should be counting grapes. Three equally small meals negates any need to measure. God bless.
Thanks for sharing this.
I'm so very grateful for you !
❤❤❤ thank you for sharing this your love I'm so grateful for you
Once the Church changed from no meat on Fridays to no meat on a few days a year, I changed. So I no longer worry about the legalese. Giving up a hamburger and replacing it with a pepper and egg sandwich or a deep fried breaded perch fish fry or panko coated pop corn shrimp is no penance for me. I add something instead, as in more meditation time, spiritual reading, and lectio where I open the bible, run my finger to any passage, and then mull over the meaning of that passage. I also love listening to Catholic psalms on Spotify...both vocal and instrumental to keep me in the mood for prayer. Everyone has to find their own niche.
Thank you for sharing. God bless you 🙏.
Been a devout catholic all my life and Sunday has never been a cheat day during lent at our church.
I find your videos very helpful, I've been going to my local Catholic Church and am hoping to convert when RCIA classes start again this fall.
New Subscriber from Philippines ❤
Let’s go old school. Fast and no meat every Friday this year 😍♥️✝️💌
It's very useful video thank you so much ❤
I'm going to start my water fast on March 1st, 2024 to do 30 days. I should be done by Easter. I can't wait to see how it will go
Im fasting from both food and drink for 6-12 hours as much as i can during lent, as many days as i can and also praying more and going to Mass and reading scripture
Thanks for this reminder! God bless …
Need to ask quick question as I’m a born and raised Catholic, however, I’m now 65 years old and suffer from some major medical issues making me dependent on my adult children for care. Does the Church say if you’re over a certain age and have lots of medical issues, you are exempt from fasting, but can use your sufferings for redemptive sufferings. Can’t wait to hear from you as this is yet another important resource for Catholics.🙏🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇😇
Hi Heather, the fasting requires us to have one full meal and two small meals that do not equal one full meal. Blessings!
Very useful, thank you!
Thank you so much.❤
When it comes to fasting and abstaining from meat , Catholics fasting is to soft comparing from the early Christians fasting , we dont make enough sacrifices now and I admit I’m one of those people 😢🙏🙏🙏
I am fasting the whole of holy week and staying silent for long periods of time.❤
I can’t fast because of my illness. I just do 2 smaller meals. And I’ll do diffrent fasting eg from electronic devices, etc. My great grandma fasted for whole Lent, only bread and water, and with hard farmer work. Whole village fasted
I once fasted for a day when my parents left to India. It was fulfilling then. Recently, my parents noticed a possible fatty liver. Thus there was no birthday cake. Unexpectedly, my parents all kinds of other restrictions on what foods were served. I could be admonished for eating something from college that did not fit their category. No doctor ever suggested this. I exercise more than anyone else. I perceive that these restrictions will go beyond Lent. When I suggest healthy alternatives to foods with added sugar, my parents think that it is too expensive. Under these circumstances, there is a case to be made that there is no need to make a large daily Lent sacrifice. I have been forced to sacrifice enough already. Unless one lives an isolated life, it is hard for any family member expect another to completely abstain from anything forever in a society full of all kinds of foods.
Hi Heather, our priest told us as long as we don't eat meat. But I did only eat 2 meals
Congratulations on 100,000 subscribers!
Well put forth, God bless you!
I'm so glad you are sharing this.
Amen thank you mumm
Thank you for this video. Can we put butter on our bread? I am doing just bread and water every Wednesday during Lent but I Can't find anywhere if you can have butter on the bread?
Grazie Heather! Spiegazione perfetta
Wow thankyou very much for this video
Hi mam,
As you said that to avoid sweets, please let me know that is cheesecake a sweet or a diary product. Today, I ate a cheesecake and really confused about that.
Thankyou
Thank you, Heather ❤
Hi heathet how are you doing you lookink good Thankyou for this information it helps a lot❤
I think that’s a very liberal way of saying it
I prefer to be like Christ as much as possible, and just go for the water on my fast . Do a fast! Most of us are able to do it. I’ve done it for a five days people I’ve done it for longer. It’s not easy but it’s totally possible and actually extremely good for your body not to eat so I can repair itself on many levels as well as get closer to God! Amen!
I recently became more serious about my faith and this is my first time fasting. Is it common to fast the way we do on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday all 40 days of Lent?
Thanks alot
Thank you for your message ❤
I belive the teachings of the catholic church and plan to begin the process of converting as soon as I turn 18 in 2 months, but right now its difficult for me as a minor to be able to go to church so I havent been baptized, or started converting. Should I, as a technically-not-yet-catholic participate in lent?
I think you should take it to prayer - you’ll most likely get many graces for participating!❣️🙏🙏
Remember, the purpose is to grow closer to God. So don’t forget to pray.
I think it’s important to mention that children under 14 years do not have to fast or abstain from meat. People from 14-18 or above 60 do have to abstain from meat, but are not required to fast.
Fasting, Prayer and Abstinence.
✝️
Ty Heather . I know fasting is between ages 18- 59 my hubby is 68 and I’m 64 but we still practice regardless . I did want to ask you can my grandchildren ages 6 and 4 get ashes some say yes they can others say no last year msgr didn’t but since he past so now we have a new msgr 🌻🌻🌻
All my kids get ashes:). Yes the ashes are for all ages! Even none Catholic’s can get ashes
@@ACatholicMomsLife ty so much Heather 🌻🌻🌻
I have seen babies get ashes!
There is no age requirement for ashes. One also doesn't have to be Catholic
No age restrictions for Ashes as it’s a reminder to everyone that we’ve have been made from Clay and God is our potter and we’ll return to dust when we die
Thank you !
I was not aware that you can't have meat on Ash Wednesday, I thought that was only on Fridays
Thank you 🙏🏿
As an orthodox Christian, I will eat no animal products until the morning of
Pascha. That’s more than forty days and a lot less food. Sundays too.
Thank you for breaking it down Heather, certainly helpful to know 🙏💖
Sometimes fasting from meat or eating less is too easy. As I am usually eating small becouse I am not so much into food. I hear from nun that is good to fast from the things we are bound with like using internet or TV, or other things that make God second. So fasting is about to remove the things that block connection with God.
For anyone confused, it's okay. The rules for fasting and abstinence have changed over the decades, and different cultures do things differently. In the Latin Rite, Heather is correct: according to Canon Law, only two days per year require fasting (eat less) and abstinence (refrain from meat). Some cultures and traditions included dairy when abstaining, but according to the teachings found in the modern Catholic Church, only meat products are not to be eaten. Still, many Catholics choose to abstain from meat and dairy on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, as a practice of further piety. Just read the official documents if you are in doubt, and be aware that many choose to abstain from a lot more than is actually required from them by the Catholic Church. Don't let the rules get between the purpose of fasting and abstaining on these days, however...because that's what's truly important. God bless you all.
You answered my question: are eggs allowed.
Love your channel 🕊️✝️
Interesting about the addition of sweets. Do you have a reference for this in relation to current church law? I only see the prohibition for meat including fowl.
She probably mentioned refraining from eating sweets because they are not in the spirit of fasting ... They are associated with feasting and celebration and do not fit into Lent. However there is no Church "law" that forbids sweets. But we should not be looking to do the bare minimum
Thank you for your video. I saw a message, also about the 54 day novena you were starting today. I was looking up the information because I wanted to join your group. The message disappeared, so I couldn’t respond. Could you please give me the link again for all the information concerning the novena. I have done it before. I know how to do it but I wanted the calendar and the information. Thank you. Keep up your good work work. ❤️🙏🌹
Great! I’m so glad you will join us! Here is the link. acatholicmomslife.com/54-day-novena/
On Ash Wednesday and Good Friday Fast & Abstinence
No fish on these days.
It's actually one full meal, and the other 2 meals have to be less than one full meal. That said, that's not a sacrifice at all. It's easy to just eat one meal per day during Lent, then drink water the rest of the time. It's also great for the body to only eat one meal per day.
So the 1 full meal and 2 smalls ones are practiced on Wednesday and Friday or just Wednesday during lent?
I personally fast up to Easter morning, just to be on the "safe side"
i dont understand so do i fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday with the two small meals only, so im confused when you say 40 days, do i do this for all days if not then what should i do those 40 days. someone help pls :)
Didn’t know about the sweets!!! No chocolate… tomorrow is Valentine’s Day too. I work with kids 😂 So much chocolate is usually given to teachers… and kids party will have cookies and stuff.
my way of fasting is i do not eat any red meat for the entire Lent season or days. i have simple veg meals and on Sundays i eat fish.
What! No sweets, i'm going to really struggle next year during Lent, as i'm an emotional eater. Also a convert
When I fast I duh eat nothing cause the spirit needs only prayers n I do it for the whole mth of March I'm a spiritual baptist
I'm having croissants, egg salad, spring salad and LA Croix.
I celebrate lent by making Homemade baked Lasagna. It takes about 5 hours start to finish. The pasta, cheese and meat melts in your mouth and the sauce is incredible. We will have garlic bread and antipasto with red wine. So Anybody who wants to come over, let me know.
I hope you only do that on fat Tuesday because you don’t want those leftovers Tempting you on a Friday. 😉
Where does it say to not eat sweets chocolate? I'm sorry I've never heard of this. Just curious. Thank you I love your videos.
I'm sorry I listened to this again I thought this was only for ash Wednesday.
As we were children we had a specific box to gather all the sweet things and at the end of lent money was given according to the size of sweets and the money was given in church or to an organization for poor people
I do 8 hours fasting...7.am after bfast then fasting till 4pm then break fasting (40days) am I doing it right? Only fish for Wednesday and Fridays.
