    How did you get it working? I'm having some really odd issues with IK (even when I target a proper human rig, say: MakeHuman or Manual Bastioni ; the character's neck is the only thing that moves towards my target; not the Right Hand as I'd instructed the solver.

      Hello :) This is a biologically-inspired optimization algorithm I developed myself during my Master's Thesis. Just contact me if you want further details :) The solver works on serial kinematic chains.
