I do get not wanting to work in a well-paying and/or "comfortable" job that doesn't align with my values too. I also wouldn't do that. If I am not happy, or the job feels meaningless or mundane, I will likely not be satisfied in the long run and not even the greatest salary could make me stay. I am an INFJ, so that's probably why I get it so well.

As an ENTJ I find everything about INFP almost perfect, and don't consider these as flaws. They're very complimentary to an ENTJ's strengths.
