I appreciate that you emphasize that these are the habits that work for you, and that we should use this as a guide to find what works best for us (as opposed to "you must do these things to be successful"). I also like the emphasis on enjoying the process as opposed to conditioning our happiness on the results. I, too, get satisfaction out of checking boxes, but found that I was getting discouraged with bigger projects I couldn't easily complete in one day. Then I made a simple adjustment -- checking the box doesn't have to mean "completion," it could also simply mean that I devoted time and energy to the project that day. Seems so obvious now but makes a difference!

I appreciate the nuance of making ideal habits attractive/more flow based. Will definitely implement that

Gold once again. Your content, delivery & autosuggestions are so good as well. Can you create some guided meditations for us please?

Hey Joseph. It’s been a little over two years since I’ve watched a video of yours, and I feel so welcomed and refreshed by the familiarity and intention. The last two years have been a journey of recovery and resetting, and I’m finally in a place where I feel like I’m thriving again. I don’t know why I happened to click this video over the others, but I get notifications. I plan to stay tuned in again so I will probably strive to watch more than one video a day. I just want to say it’s remarkable how consistent you’ve been and your discipline is inspiring. I aim to be like that. Your videos will help guide me towards reestablishing a definite chief aim and putting in place the necessarily routine changes and doing the accurate actions to actually work towards that goal. This video is as great as ever. I’m about halfway through and I plan to finish it - then move on to the next one. Thank you again for guiding us on our journeys. You are invaluable.

I love this way of deciding on a place to live. I'm gonna keep it in mind when I choose one.

Thank God Joseph stopped smoking. My grandfather was a chain smoker and started at 12 or 13yo and yet lived till 80-something. I absolutely hate the smell of cigarettes yet almost every guy I've dated smoked and then eventually I got them to quit which is like my specialty, I change people 😇 My bf now is the first guy that isn't addicted to anything, so there's nothing to fix. Actually he could lose some weight. A six pack wouldn't hurt either. Even with my friends, it's like I'm dragging them out of chaos constantly. And I used to have clients that called me in the middle of the night when their lives were falling apart, asking me to help them with legal stuff, so whenever my bro says "Lawyers are scummy" I say "Yeah but who you gonna call?" and he says "Ghost busters"...

Joseph is so disciplined like how do you gym daily 🫠 I tried that for a month and then couldn't. Luckily I'm female so I don't need to gym. So now my morning routine is putting on some pop music and jumping around while I brush my teeth and sing in the shower, got to exercise those vocal cords so at least I'm exercising something. My night routine is way more productive plus I meditate at night.
