Funny story about that buried alive conversation - I'm a personal trainer and had a convo with one of my clients. She told me that she ran this course where they had to take shovels, dig their own graves and then sleep in it for the night in the middle of nowhere. It was some strange way of putting them through the mental state of rethinking their entire life as if it was over. Apparently some people couldn't bring themselves to do it but the ones that did found it really eye opening to go and do more with their lives. Pretty crazy 😂
