mr raman i have been watching your videos from long time one question comes to my mind if a person got real estate license how he can start his career if he don’t have enough links..
Looks like a video with a lot of good information however way too far from reality especially in Toronto where 1bedroom condo isn’t costing you anywhere less than 500-550k mortgage +property tax+ condo maintenance+home insurance which is nearly impossible for a single person to afford unless one is making more than 100k/year or is buying with a partner who’s earning as well! It was super easy to buy a property here in Toronto before 2016 but not anymore! These sort of videos looks really motivating but when reality hits you it hits you hard!

If car is bought by paying full amount it doesn’t affect as it’s not on the credit report
