Ppopeys is a chain of burger joints we have here in the South. Its like a Wendys or Jack in the Box almost, but better. Its pretty cool to see they have gone far out from the US. The fried chicken we get down south is marinated in buttermilk and Cajun (pronounced Kay---jn or Kay---Jin) along with cayenne is an important spice. I couldn't understand the language yall used outside of English so maybe subtitles would be cool to have if it is possible :) Sadly Popeyes in NOLA is not like it used to be. Hope it is better outside. Either way nice stuff! Cheers
