When cleaning a sample portal or injection site for 30 seconds should I verbilize when cleaning that I will do it for 30 second or I have to literally clean it for 30 seconds???

If PT cough while inserting Ng tube...we need to remove tube ..my doubt is can we insert Ng tube again after removal due to cough?
Trust me,your patient won't cough,they want you to insert the NGTUBE,remember is a mannequin
