Phenomenal game! I have the older version where you are building in Manhattan (hence the name), not in different cities, it is just neighborhoods in NYC. Very strategic. The only luck is the card draw. But you have a 4 card hand to work from. Highly recommended but hard to find!
Not sure if Dicetower's already done this, but I'd love to see what you think some of the best variants to different board games are. Essentially, which variants really make a game shine more than the original rules allow it to.
The last few videos, the intro and review portions have been monomonophonic while the main demo section has been stereo. Perhaps it is that clip on mic?
You are supposed to have all of your cards on the table, not just the one you are playing. This allows for more strategy, as you can see if your opponent has a certain card. Otherwise, good review.
Tried this a couple times but didn't really enjoy it. Due to the luck of the cards I always felt helpless to do anything to stop the run-away leader. Having three of the same useless cards while another player always gets the exact cards he needs is not fun. I tend to get really frustrated at games with such a high luck factor.

It's amazing how far the dice tower has come in the 3 years since this review was posted! Great review though!

I love the Godzilla variant.

I like your variant as well.
@gebbuxton same here, it's not a problem on your end.

Hey guys, Some of the last few videos are coming through as Mono and not Stereo at times. This one does it before the component drop. Odd....
Would like to know your opinion about Yspahan.
