@@EWPA14 They still have similar stock running on two other lines: The Bakerloo line runs 1972 stock, and the Piccadilly line runs 1973 stock. Both stocks are nearly identical to the '67 stock that ran on the Victoria line.
It says part suspended mate. It seems a bit irritating that it tells you so often though. Maybe it would be better if it only told you at stations where you can change to the line that is suspended.

The Central Line is awful. I once had to let 11 trains go past at 6pm before I could fit on one, just not enough capacity. The fact that almost everyone gets off at Liverpool Street tells you everything you need to know - everyone is connecting to National Rail because nobody can afford to live in London anymore. That station is rammed full of obvious young professionals that you'd expect to be having "the London life" but they all disappear off to Brentwood and Chelmsford.
