You know I feel like a lot of people misunderstand the message of the movie. Yes, she worked hard for her dreams. But she didn't have work-life balance. It's important to work hard for your dreams. But you shouldn't miss out on everything just because of a dream. In the end, she learns that.
Tiana is actually my favorite Disney princess. Not because of her outer appearance, but because of what she stands for. Hard work, dedication, and consistency. something that I am still learning. Tiana is honestly everything I want to be. 👸🏾 also, if they decide to do another live-action remake for PATF, I'm kinda down, buuuut Disney's remakes haven't had the time and care their original counterparts do. I'd rather them just let it be. 🤷♀
"chère" is french for "dear," usually toward women/young girls (my mom called me that as a kid) "hayacall" is cajun slang for "a whatchamacallit," any object that you have no clue what its use is, stems from "how ya call" the sugar powdered treats are beignets, french doughnuts (delicious but you can't breathe within 2 miles of them without the powder getting everywhere) i looked it up and the teeth on facilier's necklace are supposed to be crocodile teeth
one of the best Disney movies being the protagonist of first black princess... Everything is well built the characters the soundtrack , are excellent and villain One of the best and last great villains that the studio has created .... also the message that the movie gives of dedication Hard work and effort for what you want... and although it is from 2009 compared to other classic Disney movies it is a real gem.... I would definitely like for you to react to other D-isney Classic movies..... Another thing I'm a new subscriber :) so Good luck.
I gotta say bro. This is by far my favorite reaction to this movie by u. I truly appreciate ur time, ur fun & shocking moments. I enjoyed this reaction. This movie truly changed my pov as a princess(ha I'm not but I was a daddy's baby girl rip daddy) & I'm 42 years old. I watched this when I was 29 years old & my son was about 8 yrs old. We loved this movie bc we were both born & raised in New Orleans. We are mixed with Creole, Cajun, Black, White & Carribean. New Orleans is about bringing people together with food, cultures, hospitality & peace. It is not like it now but some of us are fighting for humility. Thank u for ur time & keep doing what u do!❤❤❤
Maybe it wasn’t intentional, but I feel like the fireflies in the sky was a little nod to the lion King, when Timon said that the stars are fireflies that got stuck up in the sky.. that scene where Ray dies is tragic but the scene where he pops up in the sky really was beautiful Love this movie !
I really enjoy watching this again and the black representation throughout this movie just always glad something like this exists, I think I heard of there possibly being a live action but honestly that movie only may work in the timeline it was made of made now people always feel some kind of way, like just be chill and be human
@@sl_1k id like to think of it as we're all just humans in the same planet but yet there's the wrong kind of people that want to control the people and the world
My uncle was lucky enough to get tickets to a viewing for it and I seen it before it was even finished being animated and when I say my little black self was in the front row absolutely ecstatic to have a black princess I was enthralled in the movie the whole time it felt like I was a princess that day.
Don’t hesitate to continue the Disney reactions! (Why not Ratatouille for next time :) 10:14 By the way, facilier didn't lie to Naveen about "needing green" ! On his 3rd card the banknotes form a water lily 😂
the movie takes place in central time zone because New Orleans is in Louisiana (i live there) also when charlotte said " i waited this long" she meant that she could wait longer also here is a bit of background on New Orleans and Louisiana and my personal experiences there. The French Quarter is absolutely stunning and so is the downtown but it is not all sunshine and parting like in the movie because there is a huge homeless population you can see them on sidewalks and streets. Now, at night time the city comes alive with lights and people/partygoers especially on Bourbon Street but beware there is liquid on the streets whether it be sewage, alcohol, bodily fluids i don't even know. It's kinda sad to see Louisiana only known for New Orleans when on the inside it's very sad and dark, not to mention the small catholic towns like the one I live in. On the brighter side one of the best things about Louisiana in my opinion is how diverse the landscape is like in the New Orleans area it is swamps and marshy, around Lafayette and other small towns its like fields and farm land, in the middle is really hilly and has woods, and lastly in the north it is just like lower Arkansas. Lastly, New Orleans is full of the paranormal and has many haunted sites and tales about Vampires.
I enjoyed your reaction very much. I'm a huge Disney fan and watch Disney movie reaction's all the time. I have a few suggestions for you if you are interested. 1)Treasure planet 2)The emperor's new groove 3)Atlantis the lost empire
I recently watched Disney's "The Princess and the Frog" for the first time, and I must say, I absolutely loved it! As a fan of Disney princess movies, I was excited to delve into this classic tale with a twist. First and foremost, the animation in this film is impeccable. The vibrant colors, detailed backgrounds, and fluid movements truly bring the story to life. From the enchanting New Orleans setting to the mystical scenes in the bayou, every frame is captivating and visually stunning. The characters in "The Princess and the Frog" are also incredibly memorable. Tiana, the hardworking and ambitious waitress who dreams of opening her own restaurant, is a fantastic protagonist. Her determination and strong-willed nature make her a inspiring character to root for. Prince Naveen, on the other hand, starts off as somewhat of a spoiled and carefree prince, but throughout the movie, he learns valuable life lessons and evolves into a more compassionate and genuine person. Their dynamic and eventual love story is beautifully portrayed and feels earned. One of the standout characters in the film is Mama Odie, the wise voodoo priestess who provides guidance and gives the movie a touch of magic. Her eccentric personality and catchy musical number make her a scene-stealer and a welcome addition to the story. Speaking of music, the songs in "The Princess and the Frog" are simply outstanding. The film takes inspiration from jazz, gospel, and zydeco music, creating a unique and soulful soundtrack. From the catchy "Almost There" to the enchanting "Ma Belle Evangeline," each song is a delight and adds depth to the narrative. Furthermore, the messages and themes explored in the film are poignant and relevant. Tiana's journey teaches us about the importance of hard work, determination, and staying true to oneself. The movie also addresses issues of class, equality, and breaking societal barriers, making it more than just a fairy tale. Overall, my first experience watching Disney's "The Princess and the Frog" was incredibly enjoyable. The captivating animation, memorable characters, fantastic music, and meaningful storyline all came together to create a truly magical cinematic experience. I highly recommend this film to anyone who loves Disney princess movies or simply wants to be taken on an enchanting journey.
Listen nobody came to my house as a kid until we got a trampoline. We were pulling up into the driveway and a whole bunch of them were just having the time of their life on my sht.
The recent good Disney film is Little Mermaid 👌🏾(In my opinion) Many controversy around it, so I wasn't expecting much, but👀 It got me! Got all my emotions 😍 An underrated Disney film is Treasure Planet 2002 👌🏾 Even in 2024 and all this CGI stuff, it holds up. Most Pixar animations are great👌🏾 Great message, for young and old🙌🏽
I love the Princess and the Frog. The songs are awesome, crazy adventures and some funny and sad moments. You should react to Space Jam 🎵🎵🎵🐸🐸🐸✨️✨️✨️🤣🤣🤣
I rather Disney not make a live action remake. They’ve been alright but definitely not where I thought they would be with the technology. I want a fresh new face if they do. Tiana is 19, they should cast 18-22. Tiana has always been my favorite princess not only because she represents me from the outside, but from the outside. She’s the reason I’m so hard working and dedicated.

Best black centered movie Disney has ever done, like this movie alone is enough to move past all that racism before 😂
Definitely one of the best created!
Well sort of! There’s still a lot of work to be done!

i looked it up and the teeth on facilier's necklace are supposed to be crocodile teeth
Beignet’s are a Creole treat. They’re like sugary pastries. Dough covered in sugar‼️ 5:16

So a donut?

Bruh, this was one of my favorite childhood movies as kid. And Tiana was my favorite princess because we were both named Tiana.😆🤗❤
Aww
Tiana's 19, I was pretty sure she was 19, but I just googled to confirm!
This came out when I was 14 😂 and the voodoo dolls and masks scared me so bad. They still do.

The message is about work-life balance. Just because you work hard for everything doesn't mean you'll get everything sometimes things happen.
The green plant is okra. The swamps of Florida and Louisiana are called the Bayous. Lots of people that are Louisiana natives are called Cajun
The was the best 2009 Disney film ever, and glad they let Ne-Yo make a music video for the movie.
