I was bored edit - these 2 areas can't be reached simultaneously normally so they might exists in different timelines where one of the area is altered. Idk lore wise.
Makes more sense that the Last Wish area is different because of Riven's Wish magic which could either have changed the Blind Well to that temporarily or created a pocket dimension/other spacial distortion that still persists.
huh, I always thought Kalli's area was either below or above the Blind Well, since they all like feed into each other with the whole energy syphon thingy y'know
@@CaroTH-cam00055 They look similar, but are both in different load zones named the same thing "restricted". There are some differences the blue/left side building doesn't exist in the 1st restricted.

I'll admit, I always just thought Kalli's room was supposed to be the Blind Well room kinda, but just saw it as before it got cleaned up essentially. (Even though I know the room layouts are rather different.) I do always find it fun in any game whenever you can kind these sort of "parallel universe" layouts where things end up overlapping when you connect the map together.
deep stone raid, just after you get through the sparrow section and the final boss arena. they occupy the same area but y have to have one player out of bounds while you finish the decent encounter.

You can access blind well while in last wish if you hit load from the same oob
